It was good can't complain
I recently stayed at Fox Lite Grogol and had a pleasant experience overall. The biggest highlight is definitely the location—it's within walking distance to Mall Ciputra, FITX Gym, a 24-hour Mie Goreng restaurant, and a nearby Alfamart for essentials. The Grogol bus station is also just a short walk away, which made getting around the city really convenient.
The staff were very friendly, helpful, and spoke good English, which made check-in and communication smooth, especially for international travelers. They were always available to assist with directions or recommendations.
The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with all the basics you’d expect. While it’s not a luxury hotel, it’s definitely a solid option for budget-conscious travelers who still want quality service.
There’s an optional breakfast available that was surprisingly good, worth trying if you’re staying for a few days and don’t want to go out in the morning.
One thing to note: at certain times of day, you might hear Muslim prayer chants broadcast over loudspeakers from nearby mosques. It only lasts a few minutes and wasn’t disruptive, but it's something to be aware of, especially if you're sensitive to sound.
Overall, Fox Lite Grogol is a great choice if you want comfort, convenience, and helpful staff at a fair price.

The staffs are friendly and helpful.
There's not parking lot when i'm arrived and the staff direct us immediately to park at private area next to the hotel. Thats the great impression for us, after a tiring and stressful day.
At night there was noise from fire escape and staff's room next to my room. Also sounds from vehicle outside can learly hear inside the room.
