The Westin Raleigh-Durham Airport

The lobby is fresh, new and welcoming. And then my experience at the front desk to check-in was even more welcoming. Wanda was patient (I had 4 separate rooms), friendly and extremely pleasant. She was all smiles 😊

Upon arrival I called the hotel to see if they had a shuttle service, and thankfully they did. James was the driver for that evening and he was excellent - super attentive, kind, safe driving and delivered great service all around. Very happy to have leveraged their shuttle service!

I recently stayed at the Westin in Brier Creek and had an outstanding experience, thanks to two incredible staff members—Kendra and Kera.

From the moment I arrived, Kendra took the check-in experience to another level. I was honestly panicking because I didn’t have my ID on me, and she handled the situation with professionalism, patience, and care. Instead of making it stressful, she reassured me and worked through the process to make sure everything was taken care of.

Because of her help, I was able to get into my room and make sure my wife had a place to stay for a much-needed kid-free weekend. That meant a lot.

Kera was also welcoming and supportive, helping create a smooth and positive atmosphere throughout the process.

Kendra—thank you for going above and beyond to make sure I was okay. Your customer service truly stood out and made a stressful situation turn into a great experience.

Highly recommend this location based on the level of care and professionalism from the staff.

The room was good and front staff was nice

Desi at the front desk is such an asset to the company! She was friendly and efficient during check-in and was helpful in directing us to a great place for dinner. She has great people skills and made us laugh after a long day of travel. Keep up the great work Desi!

New hotel in a convenient location. Great amenities with a morning Starbucks and a nice bar and lounge area for relaxing in the evening.

Great hotel. Clean, great food, super comfortable bed, extraordinary staff! Elise was incredibly helpful over the phone accommodating our later than expected arrival . Elise put my mind at ease ensuring our late check in would be seamless; which it was. Arriving later than expected Wanda at the front desk greeted us with a big welcoming smile. Wanda explained hotels many amenities & where to find them. We had a great experience. Will be back & recommend to anyone traveling in the Raleigh area.

I was retrieved from the airport by Chris the shuttle driver. He served as the initial impression of the hotel. He demonstrated above average demeanor, possesses the ability to establish rapport and shared nearby conveniences in route to the hotel. I saw Chris several times throughout my stay and I made it a point to converse as he is a pleasant and remarkable individual. He communicated pride in working for such a high caliber hotel, which I found to ring true. It is not only beautiful, but comfortable and clean. This hotel is my new choice when traveling to Durham for business, on average 1-2 times per year.

I loved that it had shopping & eating places that you could go to & try if you’re new to the area. Also wasn’t too far from the Triangle Mall. I lovedddd the hotel! The ambiance, the rooftop pool, the room! It was truly a vibe!
