Amazing hotel very clean and very accommodating when our flight was canceled last night. Loved how it was near the plaza with tons of restaurants and shops, a quick 5 min walk.

Great location in Brier Creek and great option for next day flights from RDU. Hotel is clean, modern and quiet. Airport shuttle with friendly driver Dwane was a nice way to get my day started.

Great hotel experience. Not sure I will capture everyone’s name. Keira was great in the restaurant. Seneca and Spencer at the front desk. Special shout out to Dwayne our shuttle driver. Jhun in the bar was also a gem.

Couldn’t recommend this hotel more ! Although the atmosphere and comfort is 10/10, I just have to point out the above and beyond service I received from staff, specifically Kevin McClary. Kevin went out of his way to track down a receipt for me that I needed for work purposes from the previous evening. He had even printed the receipt out physically for convenience. I am beyond grateful and Kevin certainly went the extra mile while having such a wonderful presence!

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The property was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed.

My room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, with great amenities and a very comfortable bed. The location was also perfect—convenient to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping.

What stood out most was the exceptional customer service. Every interaction made me feel valued as a guest. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted with smiles and a “ how are you doing this evening Mr McChesney “. After a long day of flying from the Seattle to here in Raleigh-Durham it was above and beyond hospitality the way I was greeted. At the front desk was Jahlil, Elise,and Kevin that made my day. Being a lifetime titanium and ambassador member I have been around the world and have always been grateful to such amazing individuals at different properties but this time was just that little bit extra that just made me feel like I was coming home. After I had checked into my room I came down to the bar for some amazing food and cocktails a bartender named Kent, that also gave me a greeting that made me feel like I was at home with such a tremendous personality. Must also mention the chicken Parmesan that I had was cooked to perfection !! Marriott should be grateful to have such amazing staff that always go above and beyond professionalism because I know I am !! Thank you to all.

The lobby is fresh, new and welcoming. And then my experience at the front desk to check-in was even more welcoming. Wanda was patient (I had 4 separate rooms), friendly and extremely pleasant. She was all smiles 😊

Upon arrival I called the hotel to see if they had a shuttle service, and thankfully they did. James was the driver for that evening and he was excellent - super attentive, kind, safe driving and delivered great service all around. Very happy to have leveraged their shuttle service!

I recently stayed at the Westin in Brier Creek and had an outstanding experience, thanks to two incredible staff members—Kendra and Kera.

From the moment I arrived, Kendra took the check-in experience to another level. I was honestly panicking because I didn’t have my ID on me, and she handled the situation with professionalism, patience, and care. Instead of making it stressful, she reassured me and worked through the process to make sure everything was taken care of.

Because of her help, I was able to get into my room and make sure my wife had a place to stay for a much-needed kid-free weekend. That meant a lot.

Kera was also welcoming and supportive, helping create a smooth and positive atmosphere throughout the process.

Kendra—thank you for going above and beyond to make sure I was okay. Your customer service truly stood out and made a stressful situation turn into a great experience.

Highly recommend this location based on the level of care and professionalism from the staff.

The room was good and front staff was nice

Desi at the front desk is such an asset to the company! She was friendly and efficient during check-in and was helpful in directing us to a great place for dinner. She has great people skills and made us laugh after a long day of travel. Keep up the great work Desi!

New hotel in a convenient location. Great amenities with a morning Starbucks and a nice bar and lounge area for relaxing in the evening.
