I loved that it had shopping & eating places that you could go to & try if you’re new to the area. Also wasn’t too far from the Triangle Mall. I lovedddd the hotel! The ambiance, the rooftop pool, the room! It was truly a vibe!

Had a great weekend for New Years Eve the service was great thanks Candice. I can’t wait to come back to stay again more often!!

Chris picked us up and was so kind to give us information about the hotel and the surrounding businesses. He took us back to the airport and kept the van temperature comfortable as it was so cold out side. He’s genuinely kind and polite.

The front girl Sierra is great. My rating five stars goes to her. Also the manager Spencer get five star rating. The Westin is five star

outstanding. Every one was kind and accommodating. Mae Mae was our server in the restaurant. He was also our server when we were here for homecoming. Both times…..just the best service ever. We were headed elsewhere for brunch until we saw him.

Sierra at the front desk and Mae Mae in the Italian restaurant are both amazing 🤩 I stay it this beautiful property often for business and pleasure and the staff is simply the best! Thank you Sierra and Mae Mae.

This hotel is great! Great location near shopping and additional food options. Has a restaurant and full bar on site, as well as, a Starbucks. The staff was amazing and the rooms were very clean and modern. A very good hotel!

Reinaldo was an excellent and considerate driver for our trip from the Westin to RDU! Highly recommended him for any transportation needs!

Candice greeted me with a smile and made my check in delightful! The Westin is beautifully decorated and the smell when you walk in is lovely!

Candace being the face of your business was very professional, kind and inviting. I have first hand experience of customer service. I would love to give Candace a big shout out as she was eager to assist me at the front desk and each time I needed something. Her warm presence and kindness was greatly appreciated and she greeted me with not only a smile but a sincere heart. I’d bring my family here so they too, could experience such amazing hospitality! I hope to come back soon. Please tell her she truly is an asset to the guests here. Even more important she is a Blessing to others. Thank you for trusting her with caring for us.

Beautiful hotel. Beautiful room. Spencer Beauford- manager, made our stay by taking care of a small issue with the split reservation we had. Clean, and beautiful. Would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing stay at The Westin Raleigh Durham, as always. The property is well-maintained, and the staff is attentive to our needs. We are always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome at check-in. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, as well as numerous restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious and relaxing, especially after a long flight.

The hotel also features an on-site Starbucks and a restaurant with a fantastic bar. During the holidays, the beautifully decorated Christmas tree in the lobby creates a warm, inviting atmosphere that feels like home—a perfect backdrop for a mini photo shoot.

We can’t forget the stunning 360-degree views from the rooftop pool, which overlooks the skyline. It’s always nice to be greeted by the general manager, Mr. Spencer, during our stay. He is consistently available to assist and ensure that our experience is memorable. We will always choose to stay at The Westin Raleigh Durham when we visit the area.

Short stay between flights. Candice at the front desk was great, easy and friendly check in and check out. Clean facility with in lobby coffee shop. Great location with easy walk to multiple dining options and some shopping. Definitely recommended and would
Stay again.
