There were lots people in the halls a lot of the night. The breakfast didn't have much of a variety
The room was great, very spacious and clean. Breakfast was one of the best that I have had at a hotel.
The pool was so heavily chlorinated that it felt like I was breathing chlorine gas, my eyes and throat were burning just walking into the pool area.
I noticed all of the bad reviews. However, it was $300 more to stay downtown. This area is green on the crime grades map. See The room we chose was not ready when we arrived, however, they had an identical room on a different floor. We stayed in a suite that sleeps 6 people. It was very roomy. Not sure an adult would want to sleep on the pull out couch but my kid was fine with it. The room was clean and there were no bugs. Breakfast was the standard Hampton breakfast. They ran out of ketchup and bananas though. The staff was very friendly. It is 20 minutes from the zoo and the Great American Ballpark.

I love the hotel and it’s location. The breakfast is good. The facilities are clean.
It’s not the hotel’s fault but the last two stays, there the other guests were up and down the halls through the night, children knocking on walls and doors.
