Pleasant Enough Stay
Pros:

My room was modern with a great view of LA. The bed was super comfy and nice. There was a lot of space to spread out and do work. Centrally located with a metro stop less than 5 min away. The Bistro attached to the hotel was had some really good food and evening staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

There was a weird smell in the room which I could not place. Housekeeping wasn’t great. they didn’t change out the towels i left on the floor and instead hung them back up with clean towels which I’ve never known a hotel to do. My interactions with staff was hit or miss, some were very friendly and others didn’t even greet me, that was not nice. There’s also an $18 food credit which was never clearly explained to me how it worked. So just be careful, if you don’t charge food to your room you will not get the credit. also breakfast was super expensive (~$40)for basic food. you have to pay extra if you want bacon or a sausage which was insane. Lastly, the area is very sketchy and bit scary b/c of the addicts hanging around.

It was clean, comfortable and central to lots of locations
Pros:

Central location to a lot of downtown areas, little Tokyo, Korea town, the food district and also shops.

Cons:

That the parking at the hotel was $70. Very expensive. I could understand $50-60/night but $70… for a 5 day stay it cost $350 for just parking alone… not to mention valet tips when going in and out. It’s get to be really pricey.

Absolutely terrible experience – one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at.

The service we received was absolutely horrible. The staff yelled at us and treated us with no respect or professionalism whatsoever. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely unwelcome.

The room was extremely dirty and covered in dust. The condition of the room was unacceptable and did not match what we expected from the pictures on Booking.com. The photos are very misleading and do not represent what the hotel actually looks like.

We were also told that the hotel had facilities such as a swimming pool, but the reality was completely different from what was advertised.

Overall, this was one of the most disgusting and disappointing hotel experiences we have ever had. The service, cleanliness, and overall condition were completely unacceptable. We would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone.
