The rooms were nice and clean,
Very disappointed with our stay here. There was no assistance with luggage upon arrival, which was not a great first impression. The elevator—especially the one leading to the pool—smelled strongly of cannabis, and the smell was noticeable even at the entrance of the hotel.
During our stay, the pool had very limited opening hours. It was only open until 4:00 PM on most days, and on one day it closed as early as 2:00 PM due to a private event. This is quite unacceptable when you are paying for a hotel expecting access to facilities like the pool.
There was also no service at the pool bar or on the terrace until 5:00 PM. Imagine lying by the pool in the sun and not even being able to get a drink—this was very disappointing and inconvenient.
In addition, the staff member working by the pool was particularly unfriendly and unhelpful.
Very little, no one to serve drinks, pool area shut at 4. The location of the hotel is in one of the roughest parts of LA - do not stay here.
The hotel took two lots of payments from me for my stay and refused to give me the money back, meaning I’ve had to spend a lot of time with booking to get the money back. The location is terrible.

Very aesthetic and modern hotel in Downtown LA. Beautiful views of the city, comfortable and spacious room, and convenient valet parking. The Crypto.com Arena is located just across the street, perfect if you want to see a Lakers game!
The pool closes too early, especially on weekends. Would have been nice to take a dip after a busy day, but unfortunately we were told it already closed for the day
