We got upgraded to two suites wich were very comfortable and had lots of space
The spa and pool were great

Неоправданно высокая стоимость, завышенная в 5-6 раз по сравнению с популярными аппарт-отелями с аналогичным уровнем номеров и сервиса.
Очень тесный номер.
Очень грязный ковер на полу в номере.
Плохое и старое постельное белье.
Маленькие и жесткие полотенца.
Отсутствие предметов личной гигиены в номере.
Отсутствие звукоизоляции между номерами.
Отсутствие звукоизоляции с улицей, т.к. окно закрываются неплотно.
Скудный завтра, каждый день одинаковый.
Неудобная парковка без лифта, чтобы с парковки попасть в отель, приходится идти по пандусу, который предназначен для проезда машин.

A tisztaság és az elhelyezkedés

Cons:

A bejelentkezéskor még ki kellett fizetnünk egy nagyobb összeget. A szobában átgondoltuk és visszamentünk megkérdezni, hogy miért. Azt a választ kaptuk, hogy holnap reggel menjünk újra a recepcióhoz és kiderítik. Majd reggel azt a választ kaptuk hogy 5 perc múlva derítik ki. Miután 15 percet vártunk megkérdeztük hogy van-e már eredmény. Természetesen háromszor három különböző embernek kellett elmondanom, hogy miben várunk segítséget. Úgy érezzük, hogy felesleges köröket futottunk. Azt ígérték, hogy vissza fogják utalni az összeget, mert jogtalanul kérték tőlünk. Ma indulunk haza ezt otthon fogjuk tudni ellenőrizni. Reméljük így lesz.

Відмінне розташування, близько до моря й різноманітних кафе і ресторанів, великий басейн з підігрівом, чудові сніданки з великим різноманіттям смачних страв. Чисто, затишно, є парковка для авто.
Замовив 2 номери с connecting door, в перший день не було таких номерів, але на reception пообіцяли допомоги й наступного для ми перейшли в номери в дверима між ними, ще й отримали різні смаколики від готелю. WiFi працює на відмінно, постіль дуже приємна, залишились лише приємні враження

Відпустка була занадто короткою :)

Cons:

Oda kahvaltılı almış olmamıza rağmen kahvaltınız yok dediler. Sisteme düşmemiş dediler. Bizim problemimiz değil sizin çözmeniz gerek dediğimizde sistem bu şekilde diyip resmen salladılar bizi. Hiç sorun çözme odaklı değiller. Çalışanlara soru sorduğunuzda hemen kaçma modundalar.

Sehr gute Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück, toller Pool und Saune, super bequeme Betten.

Cons:

Sauberkeit im Poolbereich bei den Liegen und auf der Terasse nicht so gut. Poolbar nicht in Betrieb. Kaputter Boden auf Poolterasse.

Don't come here and save your money

Staff are very unprofessional and the treat you like they are not happy to have you .
Very noisy place .
Rooms are corridor with very narrow balcony.
Too expensive compared to the same building other hotels.
No consirge .
No kitchen after 11 pm and in room dining. If you have kids stor food .
No clothes washer but you will find it next door hotel with 300 USD less per night .
