Pros:

Everything was honestly perfect. The Ac worked great, the service from the people was amazing, the level of the room combined with its location was honestly top level.
The only thing is that when they cleaned the room they didn't change the sheets, just fixed them.
Honestly and truly one of the best hotels I've been to.

Sehr gutes und sauberes Hotel. Spa, Fitness Raum und Schwimmbad sehr gute Qualität und vir allen sehr, sehr sauber.
Wir hatten kein Frühstück deswegen auch keine Informationen.
Personal sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit.

El hotel es nuevo y todo fue fenomenal, pongo 4 estrellas por pequeños detalles que faltan como no hay donde colgar la toalla de mano en el baño, hay un balcón enorme con unas vistas increíbles al mar pero no hay donde sentarse, no hay donde guardar ropa interior solo armario con perchas y ningún cajón. La cama es muy cómoda, tiene las cortinas opacas y una muy buena insonorización. La ubicación es perfecta. El desayuno bueno pero muy caro, hemos desayunado una vez el último día y menos mal que o hemos usado más la gente van ahí si nunca hubiera comido nada, salvajes

The hotel location is great, it’s comfortable and clean. Front desk very kind and helpful.
We booked 2 suites with balcony and sea view. At one room the AC didn’t work and the 2nd room we received at 5PM due too other guest late check out. Music for the beach well heard till 2AM. We did received some complimentary from the hotel. Overall was very good hotel

Nur die untersten 5 Stockwerke sind Hotel… In nicht einmal 24 Stunden hatte ich: Stromausfall (etwa eine Stunde), Restaurant geschlossen, Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht und am Morgen kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen. Das alles interessierte die Rezeptionistin beim Check-out überhaupt nicht… 5-Sterne ist wirklich anders

The hotel is near perfect and the staff are wonderful and very helpful, unfortunately I had food poising in my last night and am sure it was from the hotel because I didn’t eat anywhere else and I ate there before in my stay everything was great so I don’t know what happened there.
