Outstanding little hotel, a gem of a find.
Pros:

Breakfast very good, plenty of choice and variety. Spacious dining room, fresh fruits, yogurts, veg, salads, an egg counter, regional and western choices, juice, soft drinks and hot drink choices. Clean, well-presented.

Cons:

I prefer unsweetened plain yogurt and the muesli was filled out with crushed cornflakes! Tasty but not muesli!!

Pros:

Bra läge. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Vi bodde på 8 våningen och hade väldig fin utsikt över Dragon bridge. Stort rum med dusch och badkar.

Cons:

Frukost kunde vara bättre. Luftkonditionering i rummet var svår att ställa in och väldigt högljudd. Antingen var väldigt kallt eller ingen kyla alls.

Un sejour magnifique
Pros:

Central de toutes les activites in petit coin toutefois tranquille offrant de grande chambre et un coin bar piscine pour in petit repos. Les chambres sont bien entretenue et les dejeuners varie et delicieux. Le personnel tres poli et gentil etait toujours au petit soin avec nous. J’y retournerais sans hesitation. Merci COZY pour ce magnifique sejour🥰

Aufpassen, man das gebuchte Zimmer bekommt.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war schön, geräumig und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut. Die Lage direkt an der Golden Bridge super.

Cons:

Zuerst haben wir nicht das gebuchte Zimmer bekommen. Als ich dann darauf hingewiesen habe und die Bilder von Booking.com gezeigt habe, hat man behauptet, wir hätten schon das richtige Zimmer, aber Booking.com habe ein falsches Bild zu dem Zimmer eingestellt. Nach 2 von 4 Nächten haben wir dann aber doch das gebuchte Zimmer bekommen. Ich finde so etwas total ärgerlich, v.a., wenn man dann noch angelogen wird. Sonst war das Personal aber sehr zuvorkommend.
Außerdem war das Hotel sehr hellhörig. Man hat fast alles aus den Nachbarzimmern gehört.

Cozy Danang unsere uneingeschränkte Empfehlung in Danang!
Pros:

Wir waren rundherum äusserst zufrieden mit unseren 3Tagesaufenthalt im Cozy. Das Zimmer im 5. Stock mit Flussblick war das Schönste während unserer 8 wöchentlichen Reise in Vietnam. Die grosszügigen Extras vom Hotel wie der Nachmittagstee mit Etagere und den gratis Cocktail an der Bar im 9. Stock haben wir sehr genossen. Die Mitarbeitenden sind durchwegs sehr hilfsbereit und zugewandt. Wir empfehlen das Cozy Danang äusserst gerne und sagen Herzlichen Dank!
