Cons:

There is no garage parking available. You have to find it on the street. For a non busy weekend it’s great, but for game day weekend, this could be a problem

Pros:

Breakfast, balcony’s and modern vibe

Cons:

One challenge. My room was annexed to the work-out (gym) room, and the dropping of weights were noisy. It also sounded like another gym was also aligned (stacked) right above in 3rd fl. It too had customers dropping heavy weights. Again noisy. The plus, it wasn’t ongoing or after 11Pm
