大浴場が工事中で利用できませんでしたが、部屋備え付けのシャワールームで十分でした。
部屋に窓がなく、目一杯ベッドだったので若干閉鎖的な感じはしました。
栄の駅からも飲み屋街からも近く、利便性はよかったです。
フロントスタッフの方の説明の口調が早く、表情がまったくなかったのが気になりました。質問には的確にこたえていただけたので問題はなかったですが。

一人で3泊利用させてもらいました。
セミダブルの大きめベッドで、隣にはコンセントがあるので携帯充電もベッドにいながらできます。
部屋も綺麗で向きを左右に変えられる壁掛けのテレビは地味に便利でした。
バスタオルなどは事前に部屋に置かれてますが、他のアメニティは受付、エレベーター付近に置かれてるので自由に持っていくスタイルです。
歯ブラシ、カミソリ、保湿パック、ボディクリーム、身体洗うようのミニタオル等充実してました。
スタッフも愛想がよく丁寧です。

気になった点は、部屋によると思いますが、自分が利用した部屋は小さな窓があったものの、開けると隣の建物の壁しか見えず景色は皆無。窓がない状態と変わらないのでそこは圧迫感があったかなと思います。
また、セミダブルベッドなので仕方ないですがスペースがないため、部屋に椅子がありませんでした。そのため化粧をするときは洗面所で立ってするか、ベッドに座ってするかいずれかになるので、椅子があればよりいいなと思いました。
また、バスルームはとても清潔でしたが、水が詰まったような臭い匂いが気になりました。バスルームはすごく綺麗でしたので、排水管が問題な気がします。
全体的にはとても満足で、また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

部屋のサイズはコンパクトだが広く感じて使いやすかった。
メイク用に鏡が置いてあるといいなと思ったが、お値段お得なので金額相当なのかなと。

良くなかった点として、タオルとパジャマの間に髪の毛があったこと。
そこが残念でした。

VERY nice in every way😊! And great location!
Pros:

VERY nice hotel🤩 So much luxury, clean everywhere, very good service, very nice location, everything was just perfect👍☺️!
(Not the morning buffet, though. We took a look and decided no thank you. But if you are into bacon and sausages and toast, you will probaly love it)
