Bon séjour
Pros:

Personnel très aimable et disponible. Nous avons eu une chambre très petite, quand j’ai demandé à changer car c’était trop petit pour nous et notre bébé ils ont directement accepté et nous ont mit dans un bungalow. Les chambres sont bien climatisée, le petit déjeuner est toujours le même mais c’est bon. À la fin nous avons oublier les lunettes ils nous ont trouver une solution pour qu’on puisse les récupérer a l’aéroport

Au niveau de l’hygiène je trouve que ça aurait pu être plus propre, un ménage tous les jours

Pros:

La gentilezza dello stafff e la colazione. Acqua a disposizione nella hall.

Cons:

Il servizio in camera non è accettabile. Non abbiamo trovare sul letto il lenzuolo e mancavano gli asciugamani. C'era solo un bagnoschiuma. Il giorno dopo asciugamani deteriorati e con qualche macchia. Inoltre non è così vicino al centro come sii scrive ma almeno 2 km e oltre. Non credo che si sia pagato poco per quello che danno.

Cons:

Tout : le lit n’était pas fait, les serviettes étaient sales avec des tâches marrons et noires, le frigo avait du liquide rouge non nettoyé. Nous avons demandé le 2e jour que ce soit corrigé et les serviettes étaient de nouveau immondes. La localisation était mauvaise et la personne de l’accueil nous a menti sur une activité (une excursion coucher de soleil sur une île avec peu de gens sur le bateau et 1h30 de transport vs une réalité avec 3h aller - 3h retour dans un van mal entretenu, seulement 50min de bateau avec 80 personnes à bord et un départ avant le coucher du soleil). Bref à fuir

Non adatto a persone pulite
Pros:

La posizione, l’albergo si trova in una traversa di una via principale piena di piccoli negozi e ristoranti e si raggiunge la città vecchia in pochi minuti a piedi e fermate autobus letteralmente a tre minuti dall’hotel.

Cons:

Al nostro arrivo ci hanno informato di un cambio camera, a detta loro migliorativo (il che era vero perché ricordavo i prezzi in fase di prenotazione) ma erano proprio i Bungalow che non volevamo per l’evidente spazio ristretto paragonabile ad una tenda da campeggio, se pur strutturato su due livelli. Ma vederla dal vivo è stato anche peggio: caldissimo infernale per via del legno, piccolo e le scale che portavano alla zona notte pericolose, letto piccolo attaccato da un lato alla parte della parere per cui una delle due persone poteva scendere solo da un lato, forte odore di muffa e pochissima illuminazione. Subito abbiamo sollecitato per avere la camera prenotata (una deluxe) e ci hanno chiesto la cortesia di aspettare il giorno successivo. Ma la parte peggiore arriva al cambio camera. Ci danno la nostra prenotata e notiamo subito una pulizia non a norma, che da un tre stelle ci si aspetta (non critico eventuali segni usura/degrado della camera in se perché consapevole di aver pagato poco lo metto in conto) ma già il giorno successivo notiamo che non effettuano pulizia e cambio tovaglie. Chiediamo alla Reception e ci informano che se non lasciamo la chiave loro non posso pulire. Ma anche dopo aver lasciato la chiave ogni mattina presto la nostra camera è stata pulita soltanto una volta e addirittura l’ultimo giorno ci hanno solo lasciato le tovaglie pulite (macchiate ma vabbè) sul letto e il bagno rimasto totalmente sporco dalla mattina. Una cosa vergognosa. E infine la cosa più assurda è che ci hanno lasciato la porta del balcone aperta pur sapendo della presenza massiccia di gatti nella zona e infatti al rientro c’era un gatto sul letto.

По приезду нам любезно предложили ранний чек-инн. Номер оказался чистым,кровать удобная с хорошим бельём. Завтрак хороший,разнообразный,можно на террасе на свежем воздухе.Дополнительно чай,кофе-бесплатно.Санузел чистый,всё работало.Интернет,кондиционер в порядке.Сам отель находится в турецком квартале с множеством разных магазиноа.За такую невысокую цену услуга хорошая.

Singurul minus pe care il putem mentiona este micul dejun care este acelasi in fiecare zi, mi-ar fi placut o variatie mai mare de mancare, poate deveni plictisitor sa mananci 7 zile chiar acelasi lucru. As adauga o portie mai mare de oua (un singur ou la o masa pentru un barbat poate fi prea putin), si mai multa carne (este o singura felie subtire de mezel).

Excelente atención y ayuda
Pros:

El personal es muy amable y nos proporcionaron un early check-in sin costo adicional que apreciamos muchísimo después de un viaje en bus nocturno.
El desayuno muy rico en general.
El hotel está muy bien situado

Cons:

La puerta del baño chocaba con la inodoro. Nada grave, pero quizás un detalle a mejorar a futuro si fuese posible.
