Spacious Apartment Really Good Stay
Pros:

We stayed here for five nights for a skiing family holiday. The rooms were exceptionally spacious and really well appointed, strangely enough there was a self catering part in the middle but not a supermarket anywhere to be found in the resort. The restaurant on site was superb and the service was absolutely excellent. We really liked those guys. The only issue for for us was that the restaurant didn’t open until 9 am and we started skiing lessons at 9 am every day meaning that we had to go without breakfast other than what we had brought with us, because there is no supermarket anywhere on the mountain.
The room was cleaned on the first day and then attemptedly cleaned despite us having the please come clean sign on the second day, the cleaning team arrived when we were getting ready to go out and they never came back.

There is a very short walk (10 minutes) up to the Pick Palace but no pavement to walk on. Fortunately the shuttle bus came every hour although there were a couple of occasions when the shuttle bus was full because it also serves the staff accommodation for those who work on the mountain. We would’ve walked every day had there have been a pavement up to the ski centre. I did do the walk once but would not advise having children woke up there due to the nature of cars coming up and down the road. Not a specific development point for the hotel but a specific development point for the resort in general.

The temperature in the room was impossible to control and even when we turned it off, it floated in around 25° every night. This meant that we were considerably cooler than the outdoors which was weighing in at around-7° every night but also meant that every single night was very uncomfortable for sleeping. How they fix that I don’t know because the hot pipes presumably run under the floor and serve every single room whether you want the heating on or not.

If you are looking for a nice comfortable place to stay close to the ski resort, this is it, just don’t go expecting any food in the morning unless you’re happy to eat from 9 am onwards.

Pros:

Room service works till 10 pm :(
There was no hair dryer in the room, the balcony floor was dirty. But the view from the window was fantastic.

الشقق موقعها ممتاز في مكان مرتفع في منطقة شاهداق .. يميز الشقق موقعها المميز والمواقف المجانية للسيارات .. والمنطقة آمنه كما هي أذربيجان إجمالاً ..
مزايا الغرفة .. احتوائها على تجهيزات مطبخ صغير به فرن كهربائي يقوم مقام الفرن الغازي .. يوجد ثلاجه صغيرة وتكييف مركزي (وإن كنت حتى في أغسطس غير محتاج للتكييف في هذه الشقة من برودة هذا المكان)

يعيب الشقه أو الغرفة أن رائحتها سيئة جداً جداً جداً ربما السبب يكون الفرش
لا يوجد في الغرفة غسالة
طريقة فتح وقفل الباب طريقة مزعجة جداً
باب البلكونة لا يقفل .. والبلكونة تفتقد للخصوصية

Pros:

Everything good except the stuff.
They are uncooperative. The check in took more than 2 hours and the air conditioner does not work in our apartment, as a result we have changed the apartment to the first floor.
