Sojib the room cleaner was excellent, nice, polite and helpful.
Pros:

I liked the size of the room. We booked two rooms and both rooms were very good size for families with little children.

Cons:

There were nothing really that I dislike.

Not as good as Amari Johor Bahru.
Pros:

Some staff were nice and highly motivated, while some seemed to have the "I don't care attitude"

Cons:

Breakfast mainly for mainland chinese guests, not much local dishes available.
