This was our second stay at the hotel, mainly because of its great location, just a 5-minute walk to Gardens Mall and Mid Valley Mega Mall. The breakfast was really good.
We requested a baby cot after booking and again at check-in, were assured it would be arranged, but it was never provided.
I understand hotel policies about not taking food to rooms during breakfast, but I asked to take one piece of bread (which was already in my plate) for my almost 2-year-old son who was sleeping in the room, as he was still adjusting to a 3 hour time difference and missing breakfast hours. Despite explaining, the staffs refused, which was disappointing.
In the end, I still took the bread, as I could not let my child go without food and I would not go to find breakfast elsewhere after having already paid for it and expecting it to be convenient within the hotel.
We also ordered rice with prawns/chicken around 5 times during our 6 nights stay, and each time the prawns and chicken were undercooked. On one occasion, we had to send it back and bring again after making it cooked well.
I rather enjoy the juices.

Clean and well managed. Love the herbal tea at the reception. Breakfast is very good as well.
Not used to drinking filtered water from the tap. Would have still preferred bottled drinking water.

Price is a bit too high, and the location is a bit far from midvalley.
