Had a really comfortable stay. spacious room. Very convenient location. Staff were very helpful and courteous

Service level need improvement
Pros:

Bad experience. Slow service. Ordered room service breakfast, give only spoon when i have toast bread and sausage. Took 15 min with 3 reminders then come with knife and ketchap, breakfast all cold. Staff deliver food with black face , no greeting and walk into the room with his shoes without asking ok or not.
