Room #1413 is spacious. Bed and Pillows are soft and comfortable.
Next to LRT and walking distance to Malls for Shopping and Dining.
Don't like the smell of the Conditioner. No mineral water and rubbish bag provided. Filter water is not our liking.
The location is the main point. The Gardens Mall and Mid Valley Megamall are the closest, located within a 10-minute walk via a covered bridge. The staffs are friendly and welcoming.
the corridor/walkway to the room smells very unpleasant. In fact it stinks. Attached a photo.
We had multiple stays at the hotel, and we were pleased to see the consistency amongst the staff and how they treat the guests, 10 out of 10!

Drinking water tap - unfortunately the water tasted strange and made us ill
Doors soft closing mechanism need to be installed as guests will slam their doors with no regards to others
AC - guest should be able to adjust the temperatures as they please but they are temp locked
We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel, the staff were very nice and accommodating, the early check-in was much appreciated especially after a 14 hours flight!
The hotel location is very convenient, as it is connected to the train station and also the malls.
Rooms are Clean and modern. Breakfast is small but the traditional side (Roti station) elevates it.
The swimming pool is ok, gym facility is as expected at hotels.
The drinking water tap (filter) unfortunately made us ill, and we had to buy our own water throughout the stay.
The doors slam shut, so that will need to be rectified, as the other guests will slam their doors at all hours (day and night) disturbing our stay
The AC is temperature locked and you it can get too warm in the room.

I have done many review for this Hotel and the selling point has always been the location. Close enough to Mid-valley shopping but do not get the congestion on the road. This is especially good when you call for the e-hailing cars. They arrive within less than 5 minutes!
This time the room was not properly done. The hair conditioner had run out and was not topped up. Also the cleaning was done very late during the day - after 5 pm !!!
Amari is very near to The Gardens Mall and MidValley Megamall. It's about 5 minutes walk to The Gardens Mall, and another 5 minutes to MidValley Megamall (walking inside The Gardens). Then, the Abdullah Hukum LRT Station is just outside the backdoor of Amari. I would say it's a good place as a base for a year end sale staycation. We had connecting room. It was spacious and still comfortable even after placing 1 extra bed at the twin room. Everything was clean and comfortable. I didn't have any meals there, there're plenty of food at the mall nearby and some of the cafes are open as early as 7.30 am.

The breakfast was extensive and had very good selections as well as the club option in the stay was very nice touch with the happy he free flow from 17:30-19:30
Rooms were spacious and clean and overall very pleasant to stay in for a couple of nights
The location was great, it only took less than 5min to reach Gardens Mall and the linkway to Mid Valley Megamall is very convenient.
