Pros:

This hotel has an incredibly convenient location — you can easily walk to almost anywhere, and it’s right next to Namba Subway Station. The staff, especially the lady at the front desk, were extremely helpful and attentive. The breakfast was quite good, and the room was spotless. I also really appreciated the bathtub — after a long day of travel, it was wonderful to enjoy a relaxing soak. The price was very reasonable as well. Overall, this hotel left a great impression on me, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Osaka.

こだわりのシャンプーとリンス？
Pros:

部屋のアメニティに加え、ロビーに入浴剤やいろいろなシャンプーとリンスがあって、希望者は部屋に持っていってよかったり、21:00までレストランのドリンクサーバーで飲み放題だったり、気の利いたサービスがあった。

C'est la deuxième fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel et j'ai l'impression que cela s'est un peu dégradé au niveau des chambres. L'hôtel est plutôt bien situé avec toutes les commodités aux alentours.
Le staff est professionnel sans plus.

Pros:

This hotel was in a very convenient location, just across the street from Sennichimae Street, making it easy to find places to eat and shop.
I also appreciated that a wide variety of shampoos and conditioners were available to borrow at the entrance.
Having a convenience store right nearby was another big plus.
The room was clean and had a fresh, tidy atmosphere.
The only downside was that the shower curtain had a musty, damp smell, which was a bit unpleasant.
