Персонал на рецепшене. Отличный завтрак.

Cons:

Огромная комната с застеленным для третьего человека диваном (нас было двое) напоминала общежитие - ни грамма уюта. В отеле, видимо, считают, что если комната большая - это делюкс. Отель позиционирует себя как 5*, при этом нет мини бара (пустой холодильник), ванна вся разломана (крышка отлетает при прикосновении), нет увеличительного зеркала, нет кондиционера или ополаскивателя для волос, как и шапочек для душа. Кондиционер в комнате настроен на 26 градусов, ниже не опускается. Нет помощника для доставки багажа. Бассейн и сауна на разных этажах, бассейн чересчур хлорированный и холодный и прийти в него можно только через улицу. В бане под печкой клубы пыли. Обслуживание в ресторане отвратительное, еда неплохая. Отличный завтрак, но при этом нет ни подносов (должен бегать с тарелками) и нет подложек под тарелки, хотя бы бумажных (как и на ужине, даже салфеток не было, пришлось просить). Отель тянет максимум на 3*.
