A good value in a great location in San Jose
Pros:

Excellent location next to La Sabana Park; tasty, freshly prepared Costa Rica breakfasts; liked the fresh air from balcony in the room, very clean and well maintained building

Cons:

Would be nice to have a tea kettle available to borrow, wifi was a glitchy at a times (hot spotting was ideal as a backup for video calls)

A las 6 am empiezan a sonar las lavadoras y no dejan dormir mas, no da cobijas solamente una franela para dos personas, en un cuarto piso y con el frío terrible que hace, no hay colo comunicarse a la recepción para nada hay que salir a la hora que sea de la habitación.
El muchacho que esta en la recepción es muy poco simpático.

Definitely not going back.
Pros:

Nothing. Really bad experiance. Staff really slow and not interested in sharing important things like wifi, how the parking would work and so on. Not clean room, there were hair all over the place, bed sheets looked very old, not well cleaned bath room. I forgot a nice t-shirt and texted a couple of hoirs after the check out, they only responded that they will look for it but then never responded again, even though I asked a couple of times. So they basically stole my t-shirt. Really not customer friendly place.

The only nice thing is the coffee shop down stairs.

Very loud and noisy, dirty place, not motivated and unfriendly staff.
