A perfect affordable stay close to Merida centre
Pros:

Quiet and relaxed, the staff are very attentive and friendly. The pool gets a little sun in the afternoon and is perfect to relax!

Cons:

The beds and pillows are not very comfortable

Really liked the quaintness of the historic building and courtyard. Super quiet and peaceful.
Pros:

Really liked the unique historic architecture and "feel" of the building (very cool) and the peaceful courtyard. The choices of, and the made-to-order breakfast was excellent. Eating outdoors in the courtyard was a plus. Super fresh squeezed jugo. Very nice staff, friendly, respectful and helpful. Everybody!

Cons:

Nothing really to complain about. Nobody likes complainers.
What could have been better? The bed was quite stiff...but surprisingly, we had a descent night sleep.
The shower water splashes onto the bathroom floor (there is only a 1/3 glass partition) way more than I anticipated. Sorry for leaving a sopping wet towel on the shower floor.

Esperaba un poco de mejor calidad en relación a su costo
Pros:

Nada, realmente es un hotel cualquiera

Cons:

el estacionamiento no esta señalizado, ya que hay lugares exclusivos, y te estacionan junto a una barda con vegetación que raya el auto
el desayuno no es bueno, tampoco malo, pero deja mucho que desear
la atención del personal en recepción no es nada agradable, se ve que no están contentos con su trabajo

Le petit déjeuner était très bien, la personne responsable était vraiment gentil et très emballée,elle était très a que ente

La propreté de la chambre, les serviettes devrait être changé a oui les jour, faire une arrangement mieux dans la douche pour mettre nous chose.

No me gustó que los recepcionistas son muy serios ni saludan buenas tardes. Y muy cortantes la bienvenida nobes muy agradable. Pero el personal de cocina desayuno muy amable la senora. En cuanto ala estancia bien .

Pros:

De locatie was prima. Lekker dicht bij het centrum. Maar calle Montego is wel 20 min. lopen. Verder was het een mooi koloniaal huis.

Cons:

De kamer was niet zo goed. Wij vonden het een erg benauwde en vochtige kamer. Ventilatie door de kleine raampjes was slecht. Ook waren er geen horren geplaatst voor de ramen dus de muggen hadden vrije toegang. Verder was er geen warm water beschikbaar en een condensor van een airco welke net buiten boven onze kamer hing maakte nogal wat lawaai.

Ottimo soggiorno in centro a Merida
Pros:

E' un posto meraviglioso, ricavato da una vecchia casa coloniale. Le camere sono molto belle, abbastanza spaziose e molto ben pulite. La posizione è fantastica, in pieno centro e quindi comoda per girare a piedi.

Pros:

El estilo colonial de las habitaciones y las instalaciones en general. Cómodo y muy limpio y la ubicación está perfecta sobretodo cuando viaja uno sin vehículo propio y se mueve uno aparte.

Cons:

Me hubiera gustado que hubiera restaurante para la merienda y la cena. Ya que me tocó esperar a que me fueran a buscar unos familiares por la tarde y moría de hambre porque llegué por la mañana y apenas tomé algo en la calle, hice check in cuando ya había pasado el desayuno y en lo que esperé a mi familiar, se hizo tarde y ya no había para comer ahí mismo. Sin embargo el desayuno está muy bien servido y la atención excepcional, sin duda, regresaría con ustedes. La piscina la vi algo pequeña, pero ya no me dió tiempo de disfrutarla.
