As dependencias do Hotel são otimas quarto espaçoso e banheiro também, o pessoal da portaria muito gentil, super bem localizado. Os passeios podem ser feitos a pé.

Como se trata de um edificio histórico o quarto tinha um pouco de cheiro de mofo, mas acreditio que seja facil de resolver. Usamos o ar condicionado para melhorar...

El hotel no se parecía en nada a las.fotos que muestran en el sitio.
No tuve una respuesta por parte del personal al momento de indicarles que las camas eran viejas y muy incómodas.

Super buena ubicación. Las instalaciones nos parecieron muy bien, el personal fue muy atento. Tuvimos un tema con la habitación al llegar por una lluvia muy fuerte pero se encargaron de darnos solución y re ubicarnos de inmediato. Super recomendado.

Excelente ubicación con sus peros.
Pros:

La ubicación es insuperable, a 2 cuadras de la Plaza Grande, pero eso conlleva ruido de la calle y que si hay un desfile como el del 16 de Septiembre te tienes que salir antes de las 7 de la mañana porque si no te encierran y no sales hasta la 1.

Cons:

El amigo de la recepción no nos quiso dar una toalla, fuimos 3 y solo dejaron 2, le pedimos una más y nos la nego, que ya no tenían que hasta las 5 de la mañana del siguente día, háganme el fabrón cavor !

El agua de la regadera se sale hasta donde están las camas.... Muy pequeño.

Buen hotel cerca de todo, con estacionamiento y alberca.
Pros:

La ubicación, aunque el 16 de septiembre, cuando es el desfile de independencia, cierran el hotel y no puedes salir.

Cons:

En general bien, solo el ruido de la calle no te deja dormir, la siguiente vez nos hospedaron sin vista en la calle y más trankis.

Cons:

Cuando llegas te dicen que la llave se queda en recepción para resguardo, en el momento que sales del hotel a dar un paseo, eso no me hizo tener confianza y desafortunadamente un día entraron a hacer "aseo" y desaparecieron cosas de nuestras pertenencias. Eso no nos agradó, no reclamamos porque lo descubrimos ya que hacíamos maletas para salir después de varias noches de estar ahí. Así que muy mal, no regresaríamos a ese hotel.

Great value for money close to the historic center
Pros:

The location close to the center of merida is amazing. The room was clean and got cleaned daily

Cons:

There were more things broken. On arrival both showers weren’t working. One got fixed the same day but the other one stayed broken, although they said to fix it. Also there was no towel for drying your hand at the sink which we missed.
