The view only.

Cons:

Ants was crawling on the bed and on me. No one came to cleaned the room at all. No back up power such as a generator. Please stay away.

One of worst experience we’ve had. Upon entering our room there was a mop, broom and dustpan in the middle of the room. No towels, floors were distrusting, lost power, water & AC all night. Was offered a single candle we couldn’t light and zero signs from road. Property shouldn’t be listed to say the least

My boyfriend and I booked this place in advance. We chose the book now and pay later option because of convince for us financially. From the photos and some of the reviews, it seemed like a decent place to stay. I called ahead of time to ask about a security deposit as most hotels require. A woman picked up and told me it would be $250 for the full night. Then I received a confirmation email from them asking about our arrival time and confirming that our room would be ready by 1PM.

When we got out of our taxi from the airport, our taxi driver asked if they were open, we had no idea because we had never been here before. We finally found the office only to see the gate closed with a giant lock on it, an open sign hanging on the lock with a phone number provided on the bottom. First of all I don’t know any place that’s open but locked shut. My boyfriend and I started yelling out for someone, started to knock of doors or ANYONE to be there. Only to discover that the whole place was abandoned.

We finally decided we needed to leave because nobody was there, so we were trying to book another hotel, when I looked at my bank account, this scam of a hotel took the my money and yet nobody answered the phone. The number was all of a sudden out of service even thought it was provided on every platform that you look this hotel up on. Aside from that no taxi services would come get us, they said we were too far.

DO NOT BOOK HERE ITS A SCAM.

Amazing stay on top of a mountain with the best views.
Pros:

The location is incredible and you get the best views out of any hotel on the island at the top of the mountain

Cons:

The hotel is in a rehabilitation stage but once’s it’s done it will be the premiere hotel on the island

The receptionist was quite pleasant but the property needs some maintenance and improvements
Pros:

The property gives a beautiful view and lots of privacy. The inside room was beautiful and roomy.

Cons:

The outside appearance is terrible with broken down furnitures outside, high bushes, broken patio lights . There were no bath soaps and the towels weren’t not cleaned properly. The receptionist was not dress appropriately to meet guest and the office was untidy and not welcoming.

Cons:

The Bookings said it was a hotel, technically it was a AirbnB. No one was available when we got on the premises, check in was towards the side of the building and after waiting several minutes to make contact with the clerk we were unable to check before noon and could not leave our bags.

Cozy retreat in Raphune Hill
