Clean room, interesting architecture of building, they made empty space in the middle of the building for the balconies in central rooms. Reception is a small unalcohol bar with smoothie, coffee and cold tea. colorful design of interier. Story with the fan, what can't be turned off, what you can find here is almost true. we ask the stuff about it and they show strange metod to turn it off, it was fun.
Stuff turn off electricity for our AC (I don't know why do they have control of every AC in a building from the reception), strange situation, but ok. some furniture in our room was "tired" and feels that one or two year later they should to do room renovation.
