Je ne pourrai pas vous dire si j’ai aimé l’établissement, car l’entrée a rien à voir avec la photo indiquée sur Booking, l’accueil a été correct et souriant, mais par contre, la propreté dans la chambre, l’humidité sur les murs, la moisissure sur les oreillers, et la salle de bain nous a forcé à changer d’établissement et avons demandé un remboursement.
L’accueil à notre arrivée, même si notre recherche a été compliqué.

there was poo (maybe from rat or mouse) on the doormat from the bathroom and one cockroach

The air conditioning works. The mattress is fine. Still not worth going for how dirty it is.
HORRIBLE, DON'T COME HERE. When we arrived (and we sent a message with enough time to let them know, and also it's supposed to be 24h reception) the outside gate was closed so we couldn't come near the hotel. No one was picking up the phone so our taxi driver jumped the fence to go and look for the receptionist, so basically of not thanks to our taxi driver and how nice he was we would have stayed outside. The hotel is next to a sewer and it smelled horrible and there were a lot of mosquitoes, but this is not the worst. The room was dirty and the sheets were not changed from previous guests!!! I literally could know which pillow was used by the girl and which by the boy staying there before us because the sheets smelled like them... Dirty sheets, dirtier toilet, so disgusting. When I went downstairs to tel the guy he wasn't there anymore and it was impossible to find anyone, the gate was locked so we couldn't leave! Basically we were forced to sleep on dirty sheets. Also only one towel left, and dirty too. When I went next morning to tell the receptionist (a new one) he didn't care at all and I didn't even try that much just used the Google translate because he didn't speak English.
They gave us a room with dirty and hairy sheets and cushions. We asked for a room change and it was a little better.
A. 100m access road is no through very narrow road. Advisable to try to turn car around right at the green colour house outside the hotel. Otherwise you have reverse all the way to main road.
B . Excellent WiFi since room is near reception.

b. window facing corridor. For privacy, had to tie curtain in such a way to close the gap so that your nakedness will not be exposed coming out of toilet.
There was nobody at the property. I reached there and waited for 30 minutes, knocked on the door and waited around. There was no one, the location was also very bad. It is right across a canal that carries waste water. Since I was tired I moved to a nearby pop hotel.
I arrived to find no one at the place. It was not what I expected with a property with this rating in booking.com. The real fall in value is for booking.com, I will take the ratings with a big pinch of salt and pickle going forward. The location was also horrendous.
