Stuff redtaurante and kitchen

Poor manager has no experience ,if you buy tour from him change the breakfast to go with time if not make you breakfast at the hour of pick up ..and deny this after when I protest about the time at 9 clock .said that he said 8:30 not the truth ......before arriving to the hotel calling the hotel they told me that I have no booking in the hotel. ....when I go very angry with the voucher ..told me sorry ...how come ..stupid receptionist no English no comunication no smiling ..nothing .....I send y this is the worst thing insects in the room no making the room only when we tell them must be the opposite ....rubbish view .......bad very bad .....booking responsible ....to refund the cliente but nothing ..why make report ilike this ??????

Pros:

A peaceful stay in a great location.
The location was excellent. The hotel is very peaceful and conveniently located close to the market, where you can find a great variety of restaurants. It is also close to Goreme town, making it easy to explore the area.
We found staying here much better than staying directly in Goreme, as it is quieter and more peaceful while still being close to everything.
The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was tasty and had a good variety. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
A special mention to Huysein, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us great advice about the tours and activities in Cappadocia and helped us find good options at reasonable prices.
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. A must-visit if you are staying in Cappadocia!

Petit déjeuner copieux et bon. Chambre propre et confortable. Personnel sympa et prix vraiment compétitif.
