Muy sucias y llenas de gente sobrevendido
Pros:

Lamentablemente ya van 4 con esta vez, que vamos y las albercas estás suciaaaas! Muuuuy sucias todas,y piletas también va demasiada gente ! O importa si es lunes o miércoles o sábado!, 4 veces y está fue la última , ya no iré , con tantos pases que venden deberían de limpiar más seguido no había ni un asiento libre o hamaca para sentarse de tanta gente y llena el agua de grasa, y piel ....

Cons:

Estaba muy sucias las albercas y LLENISIMO de gente las toallas no había nos dieron hasta las 4pm toallas...

Pros:

The spa needs a lot of work, pumps not working and pools were dirty. We stayed in a room with its own steam and hot tube and it also was not working. The staff were nice and the steam room from the property was pleasant. I recommend all the staff management to notice its guests what’s functioning better paying for a spa service.

Nos quedamos en una villa para 4 personas, muy amplia y camas cómodas, su terraza y jacuzzi simplemente genial. Las instalaciones limpias y las piletas bastas y amplias. El restaurante alimentos muy ricos, la pizza y pasta deliciosa, el personal muy amables y atentos. La limpieza de areas en general todo excelente, solo que en algunas piletas si les falta manteminiento ya que no tienen los azulejos.

Todo excelente y muy limpio.
Lo malo que tienen day-pass y los camastros y área comunes se llenan mucho.
Deberían tener un área EXCLUSIVA para solo huéspedes.
Los chorros de la alberca de pirámide invertida nunca funcionaron en los dos días que estuvimos.
Reserve una habitación para 3 personas y me entraron una habitación con UNA sola cama matrimonial, que mal que me hayan cobrado para 3 adultos y al tercero le pusieron un mugre catre!!!!

Todo me gusto mucho las aguas termales son lo máximo el temazcal excelente atención , la comida del restaurante principal y el desayuno son muy buenos solo un sevichehe de camarón qué pedien él área dela alberca principal era muy poquito y casi no tenía nada de camarón puro jitomate y fue lo único que no me gusto para el precio de el ceviche aaa y que algunas albercas tienen partes sin axulejos y él área de niños luce despintada y un poco descuidada pero él área DF adultos me gustó mucho

Fue horrible me dejaron sin habitación, llame temprano y me confirmaron que si tenian mi reserva, al llegar se escudaron que me mandaron mensaje diciéndome que habia sido un error. No me dieron ni acceso al wifi para mostrales que tenia la reservation confirmada. En ese lugar no hay señal tuve que viajar a otro lugar para conseguir donde dormir , llamo a expedia para hacer la reclamación y ellos no fueron notificados de la cancelación
