Pros:

Horrible experience. Room and bathroom were in very bad condition. Broken windows and doors. Mold in the bathroom. I checked out of the hotel in just 1 day.

The room was not as shown in pictures it was very dark. The property was not good enough. I didn’t stay there they took 500 from me and refunded 1500 out of 2000

Terrible, dingy, uncomfortable, unclean.
Pros:

The location was close to where I wanted to live that was the only decent thing about this place.

Cons:

The property is a shabby, unkempt hotel guided under the name of a 'heritage' property. I took 1 shower and the whole bathroom was flooded with water which wouldn't drain. There was severe drainage smell, the rooms were dingy and small. The extra bed was hard as a rock and the service was nothing to boast about either. I am truly surprised how a treebo property is allowed to operate like this.

It was a great stay - comfortable and near to most locations.
Pros:

The rooms were nice - but because it is an old place - the door latches were bad - most doors had broken latches - and also there were termite on wall. The space and the cooling was excellent and bathroom was clean. The service was excellent - especially Kishan and Nahar Singh - were great housekeeping staff - helpful and full of warmth - great hospitality.
