However, we were given a room without a sea view even though we had paid for a sea view room, which was very disappointing. The rooms were small and did not match the expected size. Cleanliness was also below standard.

The breakfast was very poor, with almost no variety or choice available.

This place is an absolute scam dressed up as a hotel. Honestly, do yourself a favour and stay well away.
From the second I walked in, it just felt off. The fella at reception was painfully uncomfortable to deal with. Acting all overly friendly, but in a way that didn’t feel right at all, more creepy than welcoming. At one point he actually kissed my hand and kept going on about getting my phone number. I said no, clearly, and he still kept pushing. That’s not being nice, that’s just inappropriate, especially when you’re a woman travelling alone.
Then he tried to sell me his “transport service” at some ridiculous price, only to ring a normal taxi anyway. I checked the apps after and, no surprise, it was way cheaper. So yeah, they’ll try take advantage of you straight away.
The room was another level altogether. Filthy. Not just a bit untidy, properly dirty. There was a TV remote with no TV, the shower was broken, parts of the ceiling looked like they were about to fall in, and the windows didn’t even shut properly. You could hear absolutely everything through the walls. No soundproofing at all. And the curtains were useless, didn’t even cover the windows, so you’re wide awake with the light first thing whether you like it or not.
I went to the manager more than once about all this. Same story every time, big smile, a load of promises, and absolutely nothing done. No follow-up, no fixing anything. Just talk.
Housekeeping is a joke. The bedsheets had stains and hair on them. When I asked for them to be changed, they just remade the bed with the same sheets. That’s not cleaning, that’s taking the piss.
Breakfast was rotten. Barely edible.
And somehow, after all that, they still ask people to leave good reviews. That alone should tell you what kind of place this is.
Worst of all, it didn’t feel safe. Not in the slightest, especially not for women or families. Between the staff behaviour and the overall place, I was uncomfortable the whole time.

The location is excellent, and the staff are very welcoming and pleasant. However, the accommodation did not fully meet our expectations, as it looks different from the photos. The rooms are smaller than expected, and the cleanliness could be improved we were given towels that were not clean. Additionally, there was no hot water one night.

Las dos primeras noches nuestras habitaciones no estuvieron listas y nos trasladaron a otros hoteles, de lo cual avisaban por la tarde cuando llegabas para dormir. Además, cuando les pagamos el taxi de vuelta al aeropuerto (en efectivo) tardaron dos días en darnos el cambio mientras nos daban largas, finalmente tras insistir nos lo dieron, aunque de primeras nos lo querían devolver en liras turcas cuando habíamos pagado en euros. Por otro lado, el que parecía el dueño del hotel estuvo escribiendo por Whatsapp a una de mis amigas diciéndola de quedar ellos dos solos, cuando está la dio largas cambió su actitud con nosotros.

En resumen, si buscas buen precio, este es tu hotel, si lo que quieres es un sitio serio, mira otro.

Nie było tam nic, co może się podobać. Przeczytałam o tym hotelu wiele pozytywnych opinii, żadna nie była prawdziwa. Musiała je pisać obsługa hotelu - nie ma innej możliwości. Zagrzybiona nora, w szemranej okolicy.

Trotz einer bestätigten Buchung für ein großes Doppelzimmer (25 m²) mit Balkon und Meerblick wurde uns lediglich ein winziges Zimmer mit etwa 13,5 m² zugewiesen. Auf unsere berechtigte Reklamation reagierte die Rezeption völlig unkooperativ; man erklärte lapidar, es stünde kein entsprechendes Zimmer zur Verfügung. Dieses Verhalten ist inakzeptabel.

Das Zimmer selbst hinterließ einen äußerst schlechten Eindruck: beengt, ungepflegt und insgesamt wenig einladend. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, und es gab keine Möglichkeit zu heizen – die Nächte waren entsprechend unangenehm kalt.

Während unseres viertägigen Aufenthalts fand kein einziges Mal eine Zimmerreinigung statt. Der Mülleimer wurde nicht geleert, und die Handtücher wurden kein einziges Mal gewechselt. Besonders erschreckend war der Zustand unter dem Bett: Offensichtlich wurde dort seit sehr langer Zeit nicht mehr gereinigt, der Schmutz hatte sich regelrecht angesammelt.

Insgesamt entspricht dieses Haus keinesfalls dem Standard eines Hotels, sondern eher dem einer schlecht geführten Pension. Eine klare Nicht-Empfehlung.
