Pros:

I liked the convenience of the location and how easy it was to get around Osaka. The hotel felt clean and organised, and the check‑in/check‑out process was smooth. The amenities such as the onsen and facilities were also useful during my stay.

Cons:

The room size was quite tight, especially for a long stay with luggage and no luggsge stand , no ironing stiffs. The elevators were often crowded, and had to wait long. The pillows were also a bit too firm for me. I eish they provide skin care stiffs like other location APA.
