Maravillosa experiencia
Pros:

Tuve una experiencia excelente durante mi estadía en este hotel en Minneapolis y sinceramente no tengo nada malo para decir. Desde el primer momento todo fue muy cómodo y agradable. El personal fue extremadamente amable y profesional, siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa y haciendo que la experiencia fuera mucho más cálida.

La habitación estaba impecable, muy limpia y bien equipada. La cama era súper cómoda, el ambiente tranquilo y todo se sentía muy cuidado. Después de pasar varios días recorriendo la ciudad, realmente se agradecía volver a un lugar cómodo y silencioso para descansar. Además, el wifi funcionaba perfecto y los espacios comunes estaban siempre ordenados y en excelentes condiciones.

El desayuno también fue un punto fuerte: buena variedad, productos frescos y un espacio agradable para empezar el día tranquilo. La ubicación del hotel resultó muy práctica, cerca de restaurantes, tiendas y varios puntos interesantes de Minneapolis, lo que hizo todo mucho más fácil.

Algo que realmente destaco es la atención al detalle y el nivel de servicio. Se nota cuando un hotel realmente se preocupa por la experiencia de los huéspedes, y este definitivamente fue el caso. Todo funcionó perfecto y la estadía fue incluso mejor de lo que esperaba.

Sin dudas volvería y lo recomendaría a cualquiera que viaje a Minneapolis y busque un lugar cómodo, limpio y con excelente atención.

La verdad es que intenté pensar en algún punto negativo sobre mi estadía en este hotel en Minneapolis, pero sinceramente no encontré nada malo para mencionar. Toda la experiencia fue excelente de principio a fin y superó mis expectativas en varios aspectos.

Desde el momento del check-in, el personal fue muy amable, profesional y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Se notaba un ambiente muy cálido y organizado, algo que hace una gran diferencia cuando uno viaja y quiere sentirse cómodo y bien atendido. La habitación estaba impecable, muy limpia, moderna y con todos los detalles cuidados. La cama era extremadamente cómoda y pude descansar perfecto todas las noches.

También me sorprendió lo tranquilo que era el hotel. A pesar de estar en una ubicación muy conveniente y cerca de varios lugares interesantes de Minneapolis, el ambiente era silencioso y relajante. El wifi funcionó perfectamente durante toda la estadía y todas las instalaciones estaban muy bien mantenidas.

El desayuno fue otro punto muy positivo, con buena variedad y productos frescos todos los días. Además, los espacios comunes eran agradables y siempre estaban limpios y ordenados.

En general, fue una experiencia realmente excelente y de esas estadías donde todo simplemente funciona bien. No tengo absolutamente nada negativo para decir y definitivamente volvería a hospedarme acá en un próximo viaje a Minneapolis.

Hotel and stay was comofrtable but the staff was uncooperative!

Location was far better, within walking distance of downtown. There was construction at the front of the hotel.

Cons:

The staff was not really friendly. When I asked to have the coffee pod, sugar, and cream replaced for the next morning, the front receptionist asked me to come and get them, which was very rude. I had to run to get this stuff. I paid more than 380 USD for three nights, and I am sure that includes replacing the coffee for the next day. Afterward, they cleaned the room but did not replace the coffee, unbelievable!

Downtown Minneapolis är stendött förutom vid evenemang i arenan alldeles intill hotellet. Eftersom jag skulle på konsert i arenan var hotellet perfekt.

Cons:

Jag glömde mitt kontokort i receptionen och när jag frågade efter det sa den då receptionsansvarige att det inte fanns där. Det orsakade mig stora problem. När jag dagen därpå fick tillbaka mitt kort hade jag redan spärrat det hemma i Sverige. Den person som förnekat att kortet fanns där stod samtidigt i receptionen. Jag fick inte ens en ursäkt. Dåligt

Pros:

Walking distance from venue

Cons:

The fact that we were asked to leave the property at midnight after being wrongfully accused of smoking/vaping. No on-site manager to speak to and throwing us out in unsafe city late at night. Also got charged extra because of the accusation.

Great distance to Target Field, but room was okay.
Pros:

Great walking distance to Target Field

Cons:

Room was very dusty like it had been clean days ago and only spot cleaned before I got there. The mirror has streak marks on it, I could see the suction phone case that another guest had used on the mirror. The WiFi was very spotty through my whole stay.

シャワーとエアコンが改善されればまた泊まりたい。
Pros:

新しくて清潔。ランドリーが使えて便利。スナックや飲料も売っていて助かる。

Cons:

ヨーロッパの古いホテル並みにシャワーの湯量が足りず温度も低い。エアコンの細かな調節も効かず寒かった。
