I would recommend APA hotel to anyone I know who would go to Japan.
Pros:

Very accessible. It’s a few minutes walk from train stations. If you like walking, it’s a stone-throw away from Asakusa.

鬧中取靜、交通便利、飲食方便
Pros:

交通非常方便，成田機場搭乘京成電鐵成田Sky Access線直達(無須換乘)都營淺草線「藏前站」，大件行李請從A1b搭乘電梯上來，出電梯後右轉，看到路口右轉即達飯店門口(步行<80公尺)。

櫃台接待親切、衣架、插座充足、充電方便、可寄放行李。

早餐不在飯店內，為合作之咖啡廳，建議可略。
飯店右手邊就有超市、便利商店、麥當勞、餐廳、過馬路對面也有藥妝等。

一站即達淺草，淺草寺週邊逛街超級便利、還來得及去排PATAM。

※請注意回程要至成田機場，須從2號線搭乘，但無電梯需扛行李箱，或地面找A0電梯下去。
