Important information:

From 1 January 2023, a tourist tax of MYR 10 per room per night will apply to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or a valid permanent resident MY PR Card are exempted.

Please note that a compulsory room deposit of MYR 200 net per room per night will be collected upon check-in.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay and were very satisfied with the hotel. Highly recommended!

Everything was absolutely wonderful. From the warm welcome and the friendliness of the staff to the quick response to every request, the service was exceptional. The location is fantastic, and every detail made our stay truly enjoyable. Everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The only area that I believe could be improved is the breakfast. Although the buffet is large and offers a wide variety of options, it is heavily focused on Asian cuisine. The selection catering to Arab and other international guests is relatively limited. Adding more international and Middle Eastern breakfast options would make the experience even better.

Pros:

The hotel was next to the beach I could hear the waves at night. The view from the room is exceptional. A very good hotel if you want a view of the sea and to relax.

Pros:

Firstly the team from start to end was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of there job. Well dressed. We where treated like royalty. They organised the pick up and drop off very professionally. I must thank the dedicated team for everything that includes all in the restaurant, all made my family feel at home.there is more and only good to say. Will mention it on my next trip.

Un’esperienza 5 stelle impeccabile: l’hotel perfetto per scoprire l’isola

Struttura eccellente e curata in ogni minimo dettaglio, un vero 5 stelle che mantiene tutte le promesse. La posizione è semplicemente strategica: a differenza di altri alberghi più isolati, si trova adiacente al centro cittadino, rendendo facilissimo esplorare i dintorni a piedi in piena autonomia, oppure noleggiare un motorino proprio di fronte all'ingresso per girare l'isola in libertà.

Il servizio è stato ottimo in ogni momento e il personale si è dimostrato estremamente gentile e disponibile, regalandoci persino un graditissimo upgrade della camera. L'hotel è fantastico, elegante e dotato di ogni comfort immaginabile. Fiore all'occhiello la colazione, semplicemente pazzesca, e i ristoranti interni di altissimo livello (la qualità è tale che sembra davvero di stare in Italia!). Torneremo sicuramente in occasione del nostro prossimo viaggio.
