Important information:

From 1 January 2023, a tourist tax of MYR 10 per room per night will apply to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or a valid permanent resident MY PR Card are exempted.

Pros:

​We had a wonderful 4D3N stay in an ocean view room at PARKROYAL Langkawi. The entire resort was top-notch, highly family-oriented, and extremely child-friendly. Breakfast had a fantastic variety, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming.
​What stood out most was the staff's genuine passion. You can tell everyone truly enjoys and takes pride in their work. Their positive energy was contagious and created such an uplifting atmosphere for all the guests. We will definitely recommend it!

The child friendliness. From the staff to the facilities everything could not be faulted. Even the room service staff always left a little surprise animal for my daughter and she loved it! I requested for an early check in because our arrival coincided with my daughter's nap time and they accommodated. The room was fitted with a bottle sterilizer (thank you Intan)

Cons:

The Indian buffet options. Capati was too hard, idli was undercooked. Other options were good as is specifically their pastry and fresh juices

Relaxing and luxurious.
Pros:

Fantastic hotel. Great private location, which was still within walking distance to the main strip. Huge pool, direct beach access, big rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff.

It was a perfect resort for our family and we truly enjoyed our 4 nights stay. We were especially impressed with all the staff. They were all genuinely kind and friendly. We felt welcomed and we appreciated the great hospitality. The view from the balcony was also amazing as it was facing the beach.

Very peaceful and relaxing holiday.
Pros:

The proximity of our room to the sea gave us unobstructed view of the water and the soothing sound of the waves.
