From 1 January 2023, a tourist tax of MYR 10 per room per night will apply to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or a valid permanent resident MY PR Card are exempted.

We had a fantastic stay with a beautiful view from our private balcony. We particularly enjoyed the Lancava Reataurant.
Pros:

Great location, stunning views, Lancava Restaurant was a stand out.

Exceeded expectations
Pros:

room was a good size and very comfortable.
pool area was unique and well designed
breakfast selections were very good
views of the ocean were excellent
staff were very courteous and helpful

Cons:

the service at the pool/beach bar area was ridiculous. One poor guy (Puva) to look after everyone. He did a great job but hotel management should do better as it meant long wait times for drinks and food to be ordered and delivered. This is a management issue not a staff issue.

Great stay - beautiful hotel with lovely staff.
Pros:

Food was great, location was good and the staff were very pleasant. Facilities were very good and the hotel is beautifully designed.

Cons:

There is not enough storage in the bedrooms and not quite enough sunbeds available around the pool.

Pros:

Отель компактный, номера просторные, тапочки и халаты в наличии. Большой и чистый бассейн. Мы брали только завтраки, поэтому по питанию ничего сказать не могу. Очень чисто, ухаживают за территорией хорошо. Пляж чистый, море мутновато, как в Тае на Кароне примерно.

Cons:

Это четверка. Завтраки однообразные, очень много азиатской кухни, кофемашины настроены неправильно и часто выходили из строя. В баре у бассейна очень медленное обслуживание. Я искушенный путешественник и много где побывала, но такую скорость обслуживания увидела впервые…. В первый же день оставила пару очков на территории, но найти не удалось. Обычно во всех отелях утерю приносят сразу на ресепшн и это норма. Но не в этом отеле. Коктейли в баре это прямо отдельная боль! Обычный мохито, в который должен быть добавлен тростниковый сахар и лайм умудрились испортить. Это просто голый сироп с газировкой🤧 Пиноколада- сплошная вода. Полотенца очень старые, уже посеревшие. Возле отеля справа стройка нового отеля. Полдня стук по бетону и сварка.

Cons:

Food at the buffet is not great more of local and Chinese cuisine. Salad option is poor, no experienced egg station chefs. Rotti not freshly backed on a station it came from the kitchen and always late as the demand is high and this is daily.

Great short getaway for the family.
Pros:

Location is great, great food options within walking distance. Cenang town and cafes within 10minutes walk and the under water world.
Staff were amazing, most working during their key holiday with passion even though it was Hari Raya.
Pool and beach was clean and we always felt safe even at night at the beach.
Very near 5+ minute walk to a cafe that has daily night fire shows that was really awesome for the family, just go early as it is super popular.

Staff very friendly and helpful.
Close to the airport and main street.
Room and view was beautiful, comfortable bedding.

Cons:

Breakfast area in peak hour a bit chaotic + need to queue, but nothing out of the ordinary.
