From 1 January 2023, a tourist tax of MYR 10 per room per night will apply to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or a valid permanent resident MY PR Card are exempted.

Pros:

清潔感があり、スタッフもフレンドリーでした。

Cons:

全ての説明は(レストラン、ファシリティ、ルームサービス等)はTVの操作をしなければならず、ペーパーレスでメニューや場所の確認などの情報を得られませんでした。
NHK WORLD は外人向けの放送で日本人向けのTV放送が有るべきだと思います。

Stunning view, lovely rooms, great staff
Pros:

The view from the roof top pool is absolutely stunning, lovely bedrooms, great breakfast, all the staff were so friendly, easy to walk into the centre for more restaurants, shops and bars

Cons:

Ordering food/drinks at the pool is too slow, they have to call a waiter, and then place the order so everything takes far too long, we also had very slow service from room service too

We loved the ressort.

Only the smell of the room. Room 1130. After using air freshener it was ok. But next day the same smell came again

Blissful and comfortable stay!
Pros:

Grand hotel entrance and main lobby. Wonderful breakfast buffet and Ramadan dinner buffet. Pool facilities were excellent! Separate adult and kids pools. Private portion of beach for hotel guests only. Attentive and kind staff. Nice touches in the room eg labelling the light switches, and lower levelled bathroom to prevent water leaking into the room. Complementary soft drinks in the room.

Cons:

Nothing to fault! Had an excellent stay here!
