Las instalaciones muy bien.
Hice la solicitud con tiempo de que me cambiaran a una habitación con cama king, no me respondieron hasta un día antes que no era posible. Si hubiera realizado la reserva con ellos directo si había disponibilidad, me pareció muy tardado y no oportuna la respuesta.

Así mismo, en general con poca adaptación a lo que requería el grupo, al día siguiente no nos permitieron ingresar a la alberca a pesar d e haber realizado un consumo importante.

La gerente no parece tener la experiencia para recibir grupo y ofrecer alternativas.

El resto de la estancia, respecto a habitación, limpieza y comida estuvo ok.

Pésimo servicio del gerente, pedimos late check out nos dijo que no; pero también nos dijo que ya no podíamos hacer uso de las instalaciones ni de la alberca porque ya no éramos huéspedes.

Excelente todo, menos el internet
Pros:

Lugar increíble, las habitaciones muy bien logradas, y la comida deliciosa. El único punto negativo que encontramos fue mucha intermitencia en el wifi, imposible usar el internet de la computadora en varios lugares del hotel.
Fuera de eso lo recomiendo mucho.

Tienen vecinos con animales puercos, gallos, etc. desde las 5 am se escuchan 😓 si buscan un lugar para descansar no es el indicado.
