The location was excellent. Our host, Fabricio, was the absolute best! The decor is unique and beautiful. There are many restaurants close by. We hope to go back.

Accueil exceptionnel de Fabri le propriétaire, hyper chaleureux et pleins de conseils (lieux à visiter, restaurants, etc.), toujours prêt à aider en cas de difficultés ou pour tout sujet.
La plus grande chambre est un véritable appartement, on se croirait projeter dans un magazine de décoration, chaque objet, meuble, élément de décoration est choisi avec soins. Je n'avais jamais vu cela.
Très bonne situation du logement, proche de la rue commerçante et des restaurants.
Place de parking possible et gratuite devant le logement dans une rue où les autres places sont payantes avec un stationnement de durée limitée à 6 heures. Par conséquent, on peut partir à Cozumel sans se soucier de laisser sa voiture.
Assez bonne isolation phonique.
Café, thé et vin offert sans limite. Serviettes pour la plage à disposition. Petit piscine à l'entrée du bâtiment.
Possibilité d'extension de la journée sans coût supplémentaire.

Exceptional location, with restaurants and everything nearby, but the property is in a quieter area. Fabri and Lupita are very kind and attentive. The property is very charming and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

This is an oasis from the craziness of Quinta Ave, yet steps away from the action. It seems impossible to find such a sweet spot, but Fabri has curated an incredible place to call home while on vacation.

Fabri was so attentive to any and all needs and thinks of absolutely everything. From the beautiful interior design of the hotel, down to tips and tricks for how to get around and where to go.

Our rooms were beautifully decorated and had the comfiest beds we've ever had in a hotel. The rooms were always cleaned impeccably and freshened at any request.

Fabri and his team truly make you feel like family when visiting and his beautiful property makes you feel right at home.

Casarte in Playa del Carmen is an absolute gem. It is quiet, comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated. Its location is also superb -- just a block off the excitement and fun of 5th Avenue but far enough away from the noise and crowds. The biggest benefit you get by staying here is a thing you don't get to see on the web -- the proprietor, Fabrizio, and the housekeeper Lupita. Both are so kind, warm and helpful. Fabri is particularly interested in the well-being of his guests and is an endless font of information and good suggestions, both for vacationing and for more in-depth searches (like looking for rental property!) I could not recommend this boutique hotel more highly.

CASARTE is a small 6 room hotel that has been lovingly turned into an arty boutique hotel with lots of artwork and original artifacts. The owner Fabri is EXCEPTIONAL - so so friendly, welcoming and eager to share his knowledge and tips on Playa del Carmen. He organised our pick up from Cancun airport and also a taxi to Southern Mexico border. He is very generous with a well stocked help yourself kitchen full of drinks, tea and coffee. Our room was spacious with a large very comfortable bed. There is a rooftop terrace to use too. The location is perfect for walking around Playa del Carmen and very close to the best breakfast in town Choux Choux Cafe.

CasArte is not just another hotel; it is a comprehensive experience of exceptional hospitality with a truly unique person-Fabri. it is a total hospitality that comes from the heart of a talented, generous individual, for whome hosting is an art. Highly recommended!

Perfect boutique hotel with absolutely great host. Will come back and recommend to all friends. We met new friends there as the hotel has “home feel”.

The property was very clean and the interior design was beautiful and thoughtfully done.
Most of all, the host was incredibly kind, caring, and passionate.

Another big plus is that all the best restaurants and cafes are within walking distance, which made everything so convenient.

The place itself is amazing. Such attention to detail and dripping in stylish decor. Everything you need is provided and it truly felt like a home from home. Location is perfect. Close enough to everything but a quiet retreat when needed.

Located just a two-minute walk from Quinta Avenida, the location is absolutely perfect — close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet.
The rooms are extraordinarily designed. I honestly have never seen anything like this before. Each room is uniquely and beautifully styled, with incredible attention to detail. Walking into the room feels like a “wow” moment every single time — it’s simply a joy to stay here.
And above all — Fabrizio, the owner. He is incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. He generously upgraded us to a suite, which was a wonderful surprise, and truly spoiled us throughout our stay. He also treated us to complimentary beers and wine, which made the experience feel even more special and personal. Any request, even the smallest hint, was handled immediately, always with a smile and genuine care. You don’t feel like just another guest — you feel truly welcomed.

The hotel was like is like an art gallery. The rooms are beautiful decorated. Beds are good, quality bed sheets. Good internet connection. The location is good. ( close to center but there is no noise)
