Pros:

Optymalny na krótki wypad. Na uboczu. Blisko hal targowych. Dojście na pieszo lub do pobliskiego przystanku autobusowego. Wszystko było OK. Bardzo duże, przestronne pokoje z ogromną szafą i przyjemną strefą łazienki. Jest winda, schody ogólno dostepne, balkony w pokoju (+)

Cons:

Parking - jest na ulicy o ile będzie miejsce.
Parking na terenie obiektu - tak, płatny, bez możliwości rezerwacji miejsca :/

Pros:

Ordentliches sauberes Zimmer, aber die Einrichtung war teilweise sehr abgenutzt.
Besonderes im Bad.

Cons:

Die Lage ist äußerst fraglich und damit macht das Hotel einen bescheidenen Eindruck. Um die Liegenschaft lag überall Dreck herum.

Brandschutzbestimmungen werden nichteingehalten und im Schadensfall können die Gäste nicht das Gebäude gefahrlos verlassen!

Rauchmelder im Zimmer fehlten!!!

Pros:

petit déj ok, salle agréable et propre; tout y était.

Cons:

l'acceuil moyen, après demande de draps pour le lit sofa ( déjà demandé préalablement ) ils n'y étaient pas et pas reçu pendant tout le séjour. pas de nettoyage des chambres ni échange de draps de bain pendant tout le séjour.
trop chaud dans la chambre , chauffage sur 30°! pas réglable.

Insgesamt für 1 Nacht in Ordnung. Aber ich würde nicht noch einmal dort übernachten
Pros:

Schöne Lobby, Zimmer war sehr groß und geräumig. Mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Sauber.

Cons:

Die Lage. Das Hotel liegt mitten in einem Hochhausgebiet, eher Rödelheim als Bockenheim. Dementsprechend eher "unangenehmes" Publikum in der Nachbarschaft. Straße zum Hotel war auch klein und dunkel, da möchte man als Frau nachts nicht alleine entlang laufen.
Und spät nachts bis ca. halb 5 hat jemand in der Nachbarschaft noch laute arabische Popmusik gehört, die man trotz geschlossener Fenster deutlich gehört hat.

Die Bilder sind alle Fake . die Austattung ist alt . Personal nicht geschult schmutzig ist wie ein Hostel vor dem hotel ist sehr schmutzig liegen glasscherben Eingang ein Horor. No way Preis viel zu hoch . nie mehrrrrrrrrr.

Leider sehr abgestiegen im Niveau, und Service!

Frühere Erfahrungen von Beginn der Eröffnung des Hotel.

Cons:

Das Internet hat keine stabile Verbindung und die Apartment Kategorie (Zimmerkategorie) wurde bei Ankunft ohne Bemerkung in eine niedrigere umgebucht / aber ohne Rückzahlung. Wir Haben für eine längerfristige Buchung, ein winziges Zimmer bekommen- obwohl es laut Beschreibung: 45qm2 groß sein soll. Bei der Nachfrage an der Rezeption, wird uns noch direkt ins Gesicht gelogen, das es angeblich dieser Größe entspricht.

Das Apartment (Zimmer) hatte ca. 30 qm. Bei offenen Balkonfenster, wird man mehrmals täglich von Cannabis Gestank, vollgequalmt.

Ich war schon öfters in diesem Hotel mit einer anderen Gruppe von Personen und wir haben damals negativen Kommentare über den Service an der Rezeption. Die Person, die dort arbeiten, sehr gut nachvollziehen können - da der Umgangston schon gewöhnungsbedürftig ist, bei dem ein oder anderen Mitarbeiter.

Aber die Zimmer Leistung. Wenn man in der richtigen Kategorie eingecheckt ist, hatte uns damals mehrmals überzeugt. Auch die Qualität der Möbel und den Komfort der Matratze konnten wir damals vor drei Jahren nicht meckern. alles in allem waren wir vier mal in diesem Hotel und dieses Mal war es eine totale Katastrophe.

Die Möbel sind mittlerweile extrem ab gewohnt und werden nicht ersetzt. Es gibt keinerlei Koch oder Küchenausstattung. Im Badezimmer ist der Duschkopf defekt und es stinkt nach Abfluss.

Leider kam auch kein einziges mal jemand zum reinigen des Zimmer während des längerfristigen Aufenthalts.

Bei der Ankunft wurden wir aufgefordert, eine Kaution zu hinterlegen bis heute nicht zurückbekommen haben, obwohl wir selber noch mal das Zimmer gereinigt hatten, bevor wir abgereist sind.
