Schlimmster Hotel aller Zeiten

Ich habe schon lange keine so schlechte Erfahrung mit einer Hotelbuchung gemacht. Ich habe das Hotel letztendlich gar nicht bezogen, weil ich bei meiner Ankunft festgestellt habe, dass die Lage für mich völlig ungeeignet war. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem Industriegebiet, und ich habe mich aufgrund der Umgebung sehr unwohl und unsicher gefühlt.
Ich habe daraufhin sofort Booking.com kontaktiert. Booking leitete eine Stornierungsanfrage an das Hotel weiter, doch das Hotel weigerte sich, die Stornierung zu akzeptieren oder den bereits gezahlten Betrag zu erstatten.
Ich bin von dem Umgang mit der Situation sehr enttäuscht. Für mich war das eine äußerst negative Erfahrung. Ich werde dort definitiv nicht wieder buchen.
