Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich

Cons:

Im Zimmer roch es so stark nach Fett und Curry dass wir noch in der Nacht das Zimmer verlassen mussten. Vermutlich war direkt daneben die Küchenabluft.
Im Bad war es sauber aber sehr abgenutzt.

be careful hidden costs !! had to pay 100 Euro for a broken Handle of a Drawer that was already broken can you imagine 100 euro for a handle ? So yeah Hotel is cheap but they take money back with hidden costs

Voll Katastrophe.nie wieder

Vor dem Hotel sah es auf wie auf einer Müllhalte.Die Raben haben die Essenreste gefressen.Alles wurde dokumentiert.Neben dem Hotel befindet sich ein Flüchlingsheim, es ging der Feueralarm mehrmals.Wir bekamen nur eine Karte für das Zimmer.
Das Zimmer war ungepflegt, am Türrahmen Kaugummi,Im Bad am Waschbecken, keine Sicherheitsklappe Spritzschutz( Lebensgefahr.Tischlampe kaputt, Sessel eingerissen, Küche und Badmöbel verschlissen.Gardien mit Schmiere,Telefon ohne funktion. TV Programm in Polnisch 5 mal gefragt ob Sie es ändern, kein Interesse 1 Tasse , ein kleines Handtuch und ein grosses.Versifter Schwamm und Geschierlappen, kein Geschierhandtuch.Zigarettenkippen in der Regenrinne.... Der Rezeptionisten , den Wir ins Zimmer gerufen haben.Ihm zeigten Wir alle Schaden und sagten für was Wir eine Kaution von 100€ bezahlen.Uns wurde gesagt , das die Gäste die Zimner so hinterlassen.Wir sind Gäste, das ist uns egal.Das Haus muss diese kaputt Sachen austauschen.Das Haus ist 5 Jahre.Wär dokumentiert ,von den Reinigungspersonal die Zimmer.Alles wurde von uns abgezeigt und dokumentiert.

The room was spacious

Cons:

First, Booking.com and The Room should have it made it clear, there is a caution I have to pay at check-in. This was absolutely not made clear. For a family we had to pay 100 Euros as caution. Then pay another 4 Euros per person as city city tax. City tax was mentioned during the booking but not caution. That was not transparent.


Secondly, the location was terrible. It was located in a dirty, dingy neighborhood that didn't feel safe.

There were young people loitoring about for reasons I don't know.

Thirdly, when we checked in, there were bread crumbs on the floor. The room has not been cleaned before we checked in.

Finally, the so called housekeeper was extremely rude. After I checked out, the reception informed me the House keeper would inspect the room to ensure we hadn't broken anything. That sounded very odd that she would do that without us being present. I offered to be there during the inspection. She very RUDE when I brought up that point.

Schreckliches Bett + stinkendes Bad
Cons:

Das Bett ist extrem klein, 2 Leute passen nicht komfortabel drauf.
Eine Seite vom Bett war eingesunken, mein Partner und ich musste uns abwechseln wer auf der guten Seite schläft. Die ausziehbare Couch mit der sie so werben, hatte nicht mal einen Bezug ready.
Badezimmer hat so heftig nach stinkendem Abfluss gerochen sodass es im ganzen Zimmer zuriecheb war.
Ja, das Hotel ist günstig aber für so eine schrecklich Nacht, wie ich sie dort hatte, zahle ich gerne mehr!
