Pros:

Un servicio excelente, la amabilidad del personal hacía cualquier posible situación complicada más llevadera. Hay que tener cuidado al subir y bajar maleta (s) porque sólo hay escalera y no hay quien pueda ayudarte a subirla. Muy tranquilo, las habitaciones amplias y limpias.

La ubicación es buena. Punto extra por contar con estacionamiento (no en las instalaciones, sino en un restaurante/terreno que se encuentra a media cuadra). La habitación que me asignaron, en planta baja, tiene un grave problema de humedad. Se siente en el ambiente, tiene el olor característico de la humedad y hasta apesta un poco la ropa que dejes dentro de la habitación. No me agradó nada dormir en ese ambiente.

This property was perfect for my five day stay in Tlaxcala. Pedro was a wonderful host, very caring of my needs. The location was perfect, the room was clean and I felt very safe throughout my stay. Highly recommended this property!

Pros:

El hospedaje fue muy bueno en general, está muy cerca del centro de Tlaxcala y te dan llaves del portón principal en caso de que llegues noche.
Tanto la amabilidad del personal como la limpieza del lugar fue muy buena.

Me gustó que esta muy cerca del centro y muy accesible para llegar en coche.

No me gustó el servicio de estacionamiento. Tuve que dejar mi auto en la calle porque nunca me abrió el vigilante.
No me gustó que tienen muy pocos canales en la TV. Debería haber televisión de paga o alguna plataforma.

This is such a lovely boutique hotel! Pedro and Lucie treated us like family. It was our second time staying here and our go to place in Tlaxcala. Great beds, wonderful shower, peaceful and impeccably clean.
