Room was clean very small I got massage from there was excellent really enjoyed staff are very friendly even the manager is friendly

Maybe supply hair dryers in all rooms

The property was extremely outdated and the staff were very rude. Our “deluxe” room had rats in it, and when we complained, we were moved to a regular room without receiving any refund for the price difference. On top of that, the food was overpriced. Overall, it was a terrible experience

The Owner and Staff were professional and friendly. The boat ride on their activities lined up is great. The Captain showed us one of the nicest reef we ever seen.

Overall the staff were lovely but not the most welcoming arrival . Whilst the lady on reception was lovely , after a 3hr drive we were faced with a family that had taken over the whole dining and bar area for a karaoke. All attention from staff aimed at this one family and made us feel as outsiders . The following day after their departure , the atmosphere was lovely and we were made to feel welcome . Would stay here again .

Staff were very nice. The room was noisy - very close to the road and noisy from traffic noise. Shower was not in good condition, furniture in the room need’s upgrading. Overall okay for what we were looking for but room for improvement.

This is a true Fijian resort: warm hosts, locally crafted decor, fijian and mediterranean-influenced cuisine. Great coffee. Seafood and fresh fruits are sourced from the property itself. The private beach is beautifully quiet, perfect for swimming and relaxing, but no snorkeling of interest.
The fixtures and fittings in the rooms are well used, but clean.
We had stayed in this resort in 2023 and returned again in 2025 as we had good memories of the food and peace here, away from the bustle and distraction of international big brand hotels and resorts.

Filthy ,dirty surrounding,rooms ok.not maintained property

This property was clean and had an amazing restaurant which catered for me as a Coeliac. The food was delicious, the staff were happy, pleasant and extremely helpful. The bed was a little on the hard side and take your own hairdryer if you need one, but for the price, this was terrific value, highly recommended 👍

GOLDEN POINT RESORT HAS A BEAUTIFUL LOCATION AND GROUNDS, EASY TO FIND ON THE KINGS HIGHWAY AND SITUATED RIGHT ON THE OCEAN SHORE. IT IS CLOSE TO RAKIRAKI WHERE WE ENJOYED THE LOCAL SHOPPING. THE ROOM WAS COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN. OVERALL THE RESORT AND RESTAURANT PROVIDED A WELCOMING ENVIRONMENT FOR TRAVELERS WITH A GREAT MENU, CHEF AND STAFF. THE RESORT OWNERS SUNNY AND ROCHELLE ARE TALENTED, FRIENDLY PEOPLE WHO GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE. THIS RESORT ALSO SPONSORS A TRULY UNFORGETTABLE DAILY BOAT TRIP TO VIEW SEALIFE, SNORKEL, VISIT A SANDBAR, AND GO HAND FISHING. THE BOAT CAPTAIN AND STAFF TOOK GO PRO AND DRONE VIDEO AND PICTURES OF OUR TRIP AND THEM GAVE THEM TO US VIA IPHONE. WE RATE OUR EXPERIENCE AT THIS RESORT FIVE STARS.

The bed had bugs, and hairs all over the second sheet. The pool was so filthy I didn’t swim in it. Not much to do there, unless you want to spend $900 to see some dolphins, or a $1000 to go fishing. The resort owners wife was rude to me twice in a matter of minutes, and wanted to charge me $45 to go 19 km. Even the taxi driver, I talked to said they only charge $20 ( the bus was $2.50). She also was mean to her employees.
