Cons:

Bought a basic room which costed quite high - was in a dilapitated condition, looked quite gloomy and badly done. The washroom has a very elevated step which would be difficult to use for elderly people. The only thing that will attract iis the proximity to the beach which is just a 100m walk and the seating facing the beach. Except the beach and a small swimming pool, there are no other amenities. Location wise too it's quite isolated. If you don't have a personal vehicle it gets difficult to travel with lack of taxi apps and exorbitant prices charged by local cabs. The few good rooms which the property has are highly exorbitant and not worth the value at all. I would give this a pass

The staff at reception was helpful. There was direct beach access.

Cons:

The 'lawn' you see in the photos is astroturf. Plastic. The rooms (we saw 3) smelled of phenyl, disinfectant and still musty. Rooms were bare with chipped wooden bed frames. The price charged on booking was double the price shown when we turned up there.

Make sure you book the right area of the resort
Pros:

I only stayed for one night. I arrived in the dark to a hotel that appeared to be closed. The room was very basic and the route to the room was not well decorated. The next morning I then saw a whole new area of the resort so be careful what you book. Staff seemed nice

Cons:

The route to the room wasn’t good and the shower curtain didn’t cover the window so you could see out / people see into the shower

I won't recommend.
Pros:

It's a beach front property. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Rooms didn't have proper storage facility. Just one cupboard without shelves. we were there for 6 days. All the time we were living out of suitcase.
Bathroom was stinking with the smell of drainage all the time.

Pros:

- die Lage direkt am Strand war schön
- der Service im Restaurant war gut und das Personal war freundlich

Cons:

- die Rezeption des Hotels war sehr schwer zu finden
- ich bat um einen Flughafentransfer, jedoch antwortete mir niemand
- den „Early-CheckInn“ gab es nicht, wir mussten sogar über die normale Check-Inn-Zeit hinaus warten
- unser Zimmer war dreckig, man konnte noch die Überreste des Vorgänger im WC sehen und in den Handtüchern befanden sich Haare von anderen Gästen
- generell war das Personal sehr unorganisiert und nicht besonders freundlich
- das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut schlecht!!
- es gibt in der direkten Umgebung viele andere, preiswertere Hotels, ich würde dieses auf keinen Fall mehr buchen

Location of the property

Cons:

The management of the property. We had booked 2 types of room. Daisy & Daffodial. The room images of Daffodial do not match the images provided in the site. The actual rooms are not at all in a condition to stay with family. We had to upgrade ourselves to another room, obviously the management charged us additional amount. Overall the hospitality of the management is bad. Posting the actual images of the room.

Beautiful view, great staff.
Pros:

The location on the beachfront was great. The view was amazing and the beach was not too crowded. The staff were very helpful. They helped us rent a scooter, arranged a cab to the airport, and the chef and waiters accommodated all our food requests throughout the stay.
