The address of the property listed on Expedia and contact number both were not correct . We struggled to reach to the property and room was also not clean and full of smoke . On request staff changed our room but still the quality of this hotel is not as per the stars given to the property . Bedsheets , walls of the room are all stained and of poor quality . Breakfast had only basic items though . Overall my stay at this property was poor .
The staff management were really good and friendly and helpful
Mastercard and so not foreigner friendly. As usual in India, hotels on booking.com do not seem to like international card payments. They let you think you can pay by mastercard but when you arrive you are told that their card reader is broken and need cash. This has happened to me many times. Booking.com should ensure that hotels on their site can be paid. I had to use all my cash to pay the hotel leaving me nothing for food. Most food places only take cash or indian pay systems to save on the tax I presume. The hotel listened to my point here so well done
