From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.
Please note that Child from age 5 – 12 years require to pay additional RM38 per day for breakfast upon check-in.

I booked one night for my parents and they were happy with their stay.
Room were nice, the ambiance was amazing and clean. M resort Spa was the best experience I’ve ever had there so far. Their spa is definitely 5/5 in my opinion! Food was amazing and did not disappoint, kudos to the Chefs!
Service unfortunately weren’t that great. As a 5 star hotel, I would have expected more from services. Most staff weren’t that knowledgeable when asked about services unless you speak to a senior staff. For etc I enquired about Express laundry to housekeeping and it takes me about 20 calls back and forth because they don’t know the difference between iron pressing and dry cleaning.
Another thing was we stayed there for 6nights and decided to extend our stay one more night to Executive Suite room. I enquired about moving to other room earlier instead of checking out at 12pm and checking in at 3pm. Answer I received from front desk is just a simple “no” and I have to call them the latest 11.30am if I can check in early or later accordingly to availability. You guys can’t make any flexibility for your extended stay guests at all?
Other issue was language barrier. I noticed when some staff couldn’t speak English or understand their clients, they tend to ignore the guests requests instead. And very rare to hear the staff saying “Good Morning” “Good Afternoon” when passing by guests.
Lastly, the “broken machine”. When me and my husband wanted to order Coffee, Milkshake or pressed juices, seems like everything broke down.

Very luxurious and elegant, with a grand and impressive lobby that gives a premium feel the moment you walk in. The entire hotel was spotless, clean, and beautifully maintained. Truly a high-class stay with a comfortable and luxurious atmosphere. Highly recommended!
I like the whole ambience of the resort, it gives the holiday vibes, eventhough we are just living 15 min away from the resort! Suitable for Klang Valley peeps who are busy but looking for a place for staycation!

As we stepped into the room the view of golf course is breathtaking. Love the amenities - kids club, sauna room and the swimming pool is large and well maintained. (Note - the slide is very very fast! Fun!)
The lobby is well designed, good for weaiting and short hang out.
Breakfast spread is always good in Malaysia hotels - have a lot of options.
Location is great for a short city escape, and they provided with shuttle bus to nearby malls.
Grateful for the friendly staff, specially the chef & wait staff during dinner who provided our baby with something off the menu (she just want buttered toast at night)
Even the towel staff at the swimming pool always greet us with a smile. Big thanks to the shuttle bus drivers - Friendly & helpful. These little touches made us feel welcome :)Happy to come back for their kind service.
