The hotel remains kids friendly. The food were fabolous.
This is the 2nd time staying here. Upon entering my room for check-in, there was a dead coackroach lying in front of toilet door.
Pool
The staff are generally not well trained, especially in handling communication with guests. For example, they informed us that the TV was faulty without properly checking it first. Although a technician was sent, he did not inspect the TV and only provided an explanation without carrying out any actual troubleshooting or assessment. Better communication and basic service procedures should be reinforced to ensure guests receive accurate information and proper assistance
Beautiful hotel and rooms, amazing pool, great breakfast. We went for our one year marriage anniversary and they surprised us with a delicious cake! It was an incredible stay and we'd repeat again.
i think the hotel is understaff request is not fulfilled in timely manner. Hardly get a front desk to pickup the call and have to walk to the front office to get the request done.

Bellboy service is good
I had an unpleasant experience during my stay.
Firstly, the room should have been thoroughly checked by housekeeping before guests checked in. We arrived and checked in around midnight, only to find that the hair dryer was not working. We called the reception to request a replacement, but it took approximately 30 minutes for a new one to be delivered. As we had arrived late and were already tired from our journey, this caused unnecessary inconvenience.
Additionally, another disappointing incident occurred during breakfast the following morning. While I was getting a bowl of beef noodles, I noticed the chef using the serving ladle to scoop the soup and taste it directly before placing the same ladle back into the pot. I found this to be extremely unhygienic and quite disturbing.
Both incidents were very disappointing and did not meet the standards we expected. I sincerely hope the management will pay more attention to room inspections before guests arrive and reinforce proper food hygiene practices among the kitchen staff to ensure a better experience for future guests
