Pros:

It was exceptionally clean & comfortable stay we had as a family.
My son left his spectacles in the room. Only realised after we reached home. Housekeeping did an excellent job! They kept the spectacles safely. I collected it from the hotel the next day.

Cons:

The replenishment of food during the morning breakfast buffet could have been improved!
