Cons:

The stay was very pleasant overall, but the parking experience was disappointing. Although the hotel states that parking is complimentary for guests, I was not informed during check-in that the parking ticket needed to be validated before exiting. As a result, I was charged RM10 when leaving. rm 20 for two days. When I contacted customer service, I was told that nothing could be done. It's not about the RM20 charge itself, but rather the lack of communication and the overall guest experience. I hope the hotel will improve this process and clearly inform guests in the future so that others do not encounter the same issue. In addition, I had paid extra for a pool view room, but the actual view was largely obstructed by the rooftop, with only a limited view of the pool. This was quite disappointing as it did not match my expectations when booking a room advertised as having a pool view.
