The pool is not very attractive

Breakfast menu on first day was not impressive. Second day was better
The hotel is very suitable for a family vacation. The facilities are family-friendly, and my family had an enjoyable stay.
The pillow was too soft, which caused neck pain after sleeping. The basin was also draining slowly when we first checked in and seemed to be clogged. However, I informed the receptionist the next day, and the staff were very helpful and fixed the issue immediately.
Clean and smells like spa..the breakfast spread was good..

The carpark is quite far and a hassle. Requested for a baby cot but staff follow ups are quite late.
Food
Actually the facility is not really attractive unless you came here for golf. Else it's still boring. We are here for four days and three nights because we are attending one class that's why most of the time we are actually inside the hall. But the room is super nice and very comfortable, I like it so so much. Very cozy.
