Lage Zentral - Nicht sauber genug
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr Zentral. Personal sind freundlich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber. Wir wussten nicht ob die Betten neu bezogen sind oder einfach nur schnell wieder geputzt haben. Duschtücher waren nicht sauber gewaschen. Es hat ein Geruch gehabt. Ab und zu vergessen zu ersetzen oder hat keins im Hotelzimmer gehabt. Wenn sie danach fragen, wollen Sie ein Gebühr verlangen. Personal sind freundlich aber nicht sehr effizient. Zweite Übernachtung waren wir im 33 Stock. Wir hatten kein heisses Wasser, Duschtücher haben gefehlt, das Bett wieder ein Geruch, der eventuell nicht gereinigt wurde. Ab 10 Stock aufwärts, desto mehr Schaden haven sie im Zimmer

Pros:

Second stay at the property, I would stay again despite the indifference of the front desk. The service was improved from my first visit but hospitality is not a thing here. Paul at the Skydeck was the absolute best at customer service, he could teach everyone else on staff how to provide customer service, and they could use a crash course 👍

Friendly staff, every cab driver we had didn't even know how to get there. Mix of hotel rooms and full time residences. Would not stay again.

Good but will not be coming back
Pros:

Huge beds. Clean sheets. Roof deck is a plus.

Cons:

They don’t have a family room (we were a family of 3), so I had no choice but to book two separate rooms for two nights, and I requested that the rooms be adjacent or beside each other. However, my request wasn’t granted, and my daughter had to be away from us. The air conditioning in one room was defective, so we had to transfer to a different room. It took them four hours to settle us into the new room.
We spent my daughter’s birthday dinner at their Roof deck, and requested if they have a slice of cake or atleast a cupcake, where we can surprise and sing happy birthday for my daughter, but they have none. They don’t even have dessert in their menu. we cut our dinner short because they have very limited food in their menu. They also ran out of pizza ( said it was all ordered by 1 guest).

Location can be quite tricky.
No blower provided in the room.
Restroom tiles are rusty

Breakfast charged twice
Pros:

No, towels. Wet floor constantly. Paid for breakfast included then they charged me again for breakfast after i paid for it. They added it to room nightly charge but receipt doesnt mention breakfast it just shows i paid more per nightly rate.

Staff were totally indifferent to our stay . After we checked out and moved to another hotel, finally someone greeted me with a smile and hello. Too many options to choose Noble ever again. Goodbye

Pros:

他のホテルに比べて高さもあり、景観がとても良い。
スタッフの人達もみんな優しく迎え入れてくれる。
部屋の清掃なども丁寧で、対応も早かった、朝食も毎日一緒ではないのでそれも良かったです。
また利用したいと思いました。

Pros:

シャワーのお湯はほとんど出ませんのでご注意ください。
ホテル近く（徒歩圏）には、外国人が食べれるようなレストランはほとんどありません。タクシー移動が必須です。
タクシードライバーが、ホテル名だけではホテルを知っているドライバーはいませんでした。ホテル住所を記録して外出してください。
上の階から夜中にドンドンと騒音が響きました。防音は薄いです。
どれもフィリピンあるあるですが、フィリピンに慣れていない方のためにそのまま書かせてもらいます。

Decent Stay, but Timing Made It Chaotic
Pros:

The timing of our stay coincided with a festival, so the hotel was very packed, and there were long lines for the elevators, which added to the chaos. The room itself was not bad, but nothing exceptional. We were especially looking forward to the beautiful, large pool, but unfortunately, it was closed for a sanitation review during our entire visit, which was disappointing.

Overall, the hotel offers decent value for the price, but the experience was less enjoyable due to the festival crowd and the unexpected pool closure.

Clean and fancy, beautiful view, skip the breakfast
Pros:

The property was clean and fancy. Room had a veeeery comfy bed, good clean little bathroom and beautiful views

Cons:

The food was horrendous. I didn’t have their off the menu restaurant food so can’t speak of that
But I went to a buffet dinner of my first night as I was exhausted. The prawns tasted powdery and old and I’m pretty sure the chicken wasn’t fully cooked
Went to the breakfast and everything “hot” in the buffet was luke warm to cold and seemed like it had been there for hours. (Same as dinner) even the rice was dry and chewy. Ended up not going to any of the other breakfasts. Didn’t want to risk getting sick

Also lost a couple point in the rating as my aircon, effective by sounded like a helicopter taking off right next to my bed
