Ein gut ausgestattetes Zimmer

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr schwer zu finden,weil es von außen auch kaum als Hotel erkennbar ist.Bei unseren Anrufen hinsichtlich der Auffindung des Hotels war der Hotelmanager sehr unfreundlich,was sich auch bei der Bitte um ein ruhig gelegenes Zimmer bestätigte.Das Zimmer lag nämlich zur Straßenseite und die Fenster ließen sich nicht dicht schließen.Ausserdem sollte man als Bücher wissen,dass es keinen Aufzug gibt und mehrere längere Treppen mit dem Gepäck zu bewältigen gibt.

Es war eine wunderbare Erfahrung dort zu übernachten.
Pros:

Sehr spezielle Lage, sehr nahe am Hauptbahnhof.
Eigentlich in einem alten Palazzo.

Cons:

Da war leider kein Lift vorhanden. Ist wahrscheinlich auch nicht mehr möglich
in diesem doch sehr alten Palazzo.

Die Lage des Hotels war hervorragend. Der Bahnhof ist nicht weit und von dort sind Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Märkte gut zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war okay und das Personal ganz nett.

Cons:

Nicht geeignet für Gehbehinderte! Es gibt keinen Aufzug und man muss in die zwei große Treppen hoch.

Reception non esistente, staff arogante, la colazione pessima. Bagno vecchio, si sentiva rumore dalla strada e anche dal corridoio. Il fon dovevo andare a prendere dalla scatola buttata alla reception. E vero che il check out divevo fare alle 10:00 ma alle 10:05 mi hanno spento la corrente in stanza.

Perfect stay.
Pros:

We were given great instructions how to get in as our flight was delayed. Videos and photos were sent to help us.
Fabulous old building with great character. 5 mins from the bus station. Good breakfast.

共用建物なので電話をしないとフロントに着けない(日中は門番がいてあいているときもあった)。電話が通じないことが多かった。CHECK INに不安がある。朝食が8時からで遅い(booking com.では0730となっていた)。
