Fantastic budget hotel
Pros:

Friendly, helpful staff.. Ameni gave great suggestions for places to visit & eat. Superb communication. Made our arrival at 1am easy with excellent instructions. Our room (101) was spotless, delighted to have a fridge in the room.. Bathroom (101)was enormous also spotless. Room was cleaned every day & fresh towels. Lovely breakfast, variety of fresh croissants, juice & coffee. Central location, close to station and easy walking distance for sightseeing.

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und die Lage war direkt neben der Altstadt.

Die Türen und Fenster waren leider sehr Geräuschdurchlässig, daher war es Nachts und Morgens teilweise etwas lauter.

Ce n’est pas un hôtel mais le lieu est agréable et bien situé

Nous avons adoré le contraste entre le magnifique palais palermitain bien décrépi et la blancheur des chambres colorée par les grandes photos du marché. Très belle salle pour le petit déjeuner. Présence agréable d’Amelie le matin.

Cons:

Pas d’accueil le soir malgré le nom d’hôtel. Équipement minimal: 1 seul oreiller par personne, 1 seule chaise pour 2, pas de couverture supplémentaire (il faisait froid et on a du en réclamer 1 que l’on a eu seulement le lendemain), pas de bouteille d’eau (distributeur payant sans paiement contact…) alors qu’on nous dit de ne pas boire l’eau du robinet….

Bližina avtobusne in železniške postaje: vse je na dosegu nog - muzeji, tržnice, parki. Ko prispete do vhoda, se ne prestrašite - avtomatsko, ko zgrešite kodo, se sproži zvonec na recepciji.
Sam ambient je osupljiv (mogočna zgradba, stopnišče, stropi). V skupnem prostoru sta avtomata za doplačilo: za kavo (Illy), vodo, sladke napitke, prigrizke... Imela sva sobo s privatno kopalnico, vsakodnevno so čistili.
Bivala sva 6 dni in si telemljito ogledala Palermo - odlična cena glede na lokacijo in storitev, glede na to, da gre za "budget hotel". Do hotela je preko 50 nizkih stopnic, naju to ni motilo. Dvigala ni.
Zajtrk je samopostrežni in tipično italjanski: skromen, a okusen (kava, kruhki s sirom, rogljiček, mini cannoli, jogurt, sadje in sok.
Počutila sva se zaželjena in dobrodošla.

Guter Ausgangsort, um Palermo zu erkunden.
Pros:

Amelie ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, mit vielen Restaurants am nahe gelegenen Markt. Das Zimmer ist preiswert, sauber und gegen den Innenhof ruhig gelegen. Nahe am Bahnhof.

Cons:

Das Gebäude ist von aussen nicht sehr schön. Der Eingang ist am Anfang etwas schwer zu finden.

Pros:

Hotel próximo a estação central, quarto amplo, próximo ao centro histórico, a funcionária que nos atendeu era muito simpática e prestativa.

Cons:

Por se tratar de um Palácio centenário o prédio é bem antigo e deteriorado, nosso quarto tinha manchas de mofo e infiltração e naturalmente o isolamento acústico para a rua não era adequado.
