The location was great

Cons:

The room was not great. We had a suite as our daughter was staying with us. There was not enough space and no vanity area or very much storage. The bathroom was terrible and flooded each time someone took a shower and the concrete sink was impractical. The hotel offered us an upgrade but we would have had to pay.

Perfektes Hotel im Herzen der Altstadt von Palma❤️!

Wir wurden bereits bei der Anreise außergewöhnlich angenehm begrüßt. Überall sehr freundliches Personal. Begrüßungsdrink, Kofferservice, Tür wird aufgehalten. Es riecht sehr gut, wenn man in das Hotel kommt. Alles top sauber. Ich hatte Geburtstag und im Zimmer wurden wir überrascht mit einer sehr schönen handgeschriebenen Glückwunschkarte sowie einer guten Flasche Sekt im Eiskübel. Frühstück super mit einer fantastischen Auswahl. Wir kamen mit der Bedienung des Safes nicht gleich zurecht und 2 Minuten später kam ein Mitarbeiter und hat das geregelt. Lage phantastisch direkt in der Altstadt, 2 Minuten zum Passeig Born, aber trotzdem ruhig in einer Altstadtgasse. Wir benötigten einen Mietwagen und das Hotel hat das für uns sofort organisiert. Am Tag der Abreise bestellte die Rezeption für uns ein Taxi, das pünktlich um 14 Uhr vor dem Hoteleingang stand. Alles perfekt!

Insgesamt ein gutes 4 Sterne Hotel, aber keine Rechtfertigung für 5 Sterne.
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage in der Innenstadt. Frühstück in Ordnung & Standard, aber nichts außergewöhnliches. Personal überwiegend freundlich. Störendes Geräusch im Zimmer durch Elektrokasten wurde kurzfristig behoben.

Cons:

Zimmer 145 ist eine bessere Besenkammer. Extrem kleines Zimmer, dunkel und Klimagerät direkt am Kopfteil des Bettes. Zudem einsehbar von den Hausfluren. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Super séjour dans un hôtel magnifique
Pros:

La beauté de l’endroit, l’emplacement en plein cœur de Palma ! Les chambres sont magnifique et très confortables

Cons:

Le restaurant de l’hôtel n’est pas au niveau de l’établissement. Le prix, les quantités et le menu proposé sont un peu décevant

Pros:

Modern yet rustic vibe, friendly staff. Roof top area with a great view. Sauna and steam room were a plus

Cons:

Not much to be honest - just a smell of food can be found in the roof top terrace.
