Localização , staf e cafe da manha excelentes !

Cons:

O banheiro deixou a desejar ! Nao tinha nenhum lugar para pendurar toalhas de banho e roupa molhada ja que estavamos em um lugar de praia

Pros:

Excellent approachable staff showing respect and patience as we practised our Spanish. Helpful and accommodating for any questions over local facilities. Very elegant shared spaces.

Cons:

Only criticism was that there was not a facility to make our own tea/coffee in the breakfast area which led to delays in waiting for staff.not a criticism

Palazzo storico in pieno centro. Bella l’atmosfera e gli arredi. Personale accogliente

Cons:

Pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo: non rispecchia le caratteristiche di un 5 stelle. Alcuni elementi sono da categorie inferiori (lenzuola bucate, pessima insonorizzazione ed impossibilità di oscurare la camera durante la notte). Bagno troppo piccolo.

Pros:

The staff was very nice. Amazing breakfast buffet. The bed and pillows are by far the best I have ever tried. Beautiful hotel with attention to detail. Great location in Palma center.

Qualitativ hochwertiges Stadthotel in sehr guter Lage!
Pros:

Die Lage und das freundliche Personal. Zimmer sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Dachterrasse und der Service war mega.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war recht sparsam, genauso wie das Platzangebot. Aber das ist vermutlich der Kompromiss für ein Stadthotel der Lage.
