An exceptional hotel in a fabulous city!
Pros:

The location was fantastic. A quick walk down towards one of the main streets. Great vibe when entering into the lobby and reception. The staff were so friendly and offered a drink on arrival. The room was exceptional and cleaned on arrival back in the evening time. Nice touches like a nighttime gift with chocolates. I feel they give great attention to their visitors and go the extra mile.

We had a wonderful two night stay at Puro Grand hotel. The staff were very helpful, the location is great and the breakfasts are outstanding! The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Our room was also quiet which was great. I would highly recommend this for anyone visiting Palma!

Pros:

It’s a very nice space, and the breakfast is nice too. The breakfast staff was excellent.

Cons:

the reception is not very responsive - we tried calling multiple times before check in to get advice on parking options, and restaurant reservations as we were delayed. Despite 5 calls, there was no answer. Additionally, the next morning, when we had an issue with our safe, we tried calling down to the reception, and WhatsAppd them, but didn’t get a response. Eventually, my husband had to go in person. Not what I would expect from a 5* property.

Finally, it was also quite noisy first thing in the morning, with some construction noises, and noises from within the hotel (like a cart rolling over the floors above), which made it hard to sleep undisturbed.

Perfekte Lage und wunderschön eingerichtet, dazu sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Haben im Restaurant dann auch gleich zu Abend gegessen, ebenfalls top. Insgesamt eine echte Empfehlung!

Cons:

The room smelt of damp, the spar smelt of damp. The interior design was just off for a fancy hotel and the place was in need of a refurb. It's all getting a bit old
