We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Great location. Lovely room, the bed was so comfy! Breakfast was good, lots of choice and a nice selection of freshly cooked to order options.

An exceptional hotel in a fabulous city!
Pros:

The location was fantastic. A quick walk down towards one of the main streets. Great vibe when entering into the lobby and reception. The staff were so friendly and offered a drink on arrival. The room was exceptional and cleaned on arrival back in the evening time. Nice touches like a nighttime gift with chocolates. I feel they give great attention to their visitors and go the extra mile.

We had a wonderful two night stay at Puro Grand hotel. The staff were very helpful, the location is great and the breakfasts are outstanding! The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Our room was also quiet which was great. I would highly recommend this for anyone visiting Palma!
