Pros:

The location was great and the room was spacious

Cons:

It was still under renovation, lots of noise, rooms weren’t cleaned until late in the day.

Pros:

The location is good

Cons:

the services were not what we expected. The room wasn’t particularly impressive. The staff was quite slow, and only at the end—when we got really upset—did they try to resolve our issues. I feel that if I hadn’t said anything, no one would have bothered to address them.

Also, on the night we stayed (a Saturday), there was a party in the hotel until 1 AM, and I couldn’t sleep. We should have been informed in advance.

Overall, I think the price is quite high for the level of service provided.

Pros:

Zu den Pluspunkten zählen die ausgezeichnete Lage und die gute Erreichbarkeit der wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Frühstück ist wirklich lecker und abwechslungsreich. Das Bett ist komfortabel, und man kann grundsätzlich gut schlafen. Das Personal ist freundlich und bemüht, aufmerksam zu sein.

Cons:

Der größte Nachteil ist das sehr kleine Badezimmer im Standardzimmer. Für Personen ab etwa 80 kg ist es tatsächlich schwierig, sich darin zu bewegen, geschweige denn sich nach dem Duschen bequem abzutrocknen.

Außerdem fehlen sowohl im Bad als auch im Zimmer Haken für Handtücher – es gibt schlicht keine Möglichkeit, sie aufzuhängen. Nach dem Duschen muss man die nassen Handtücher auf ein Regal legen, was unpraktisch und für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie ungewöhnlich ist.

Ein weiterer Minuspunkt ist das Fehlen eines vollwertigen Spiegels. Es gibt nur einen kleinen Spiegel im Bad, sodass man sich weder in voller Größe noch bis zur Taille sehen kann.

Die Fenster gehen zum Innenhof hinaus, wo bereits ab 6:30 Uhr morgens Lärm entsteht, da das Personal mit den Vorbereitungen für das Frühstück beginnt. Das stört den Schlaf erheblich. Außerdem konnten wir nicht gut schlafen, da morgens Bauarbeiten auf dem Dach begannen und nachts Licht durch den Türspalt ins Zimmer fiel. Das Bett befindet sich zudem direkt neben der Eingangstür.

Die Lüftung ist zentral gesteuert, wodurch es im Zimmer stickig und warm sein kann, ohne dass man dies selbst richtig regulieren kann.

Pros:

We loved its location which was in the old town. We also loved our luxurious bedroom with a very comfortable large bed . The shower room was large with marble clad walls and stone floor with high quality fittings.

AC was listed as an available item but it was no actually working during my stay we were disappointed because it didn't match the info provided in the listing which caused us to keep the window open most of time despite the annoying noise outdoor specifically during sleeping hours.
