Excelente
Pros:

Las habitaciones muy amplias,camas muy cómodas. La movida nocturna sobre el río.

Cons:

El desayuno es impresionante si sos asiático para occidentales muy pobre.
Si te alojas para recorrer la zona quizás mejor Tam Coc.

Pros:

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits et avons pris 2 suites et 1 chambre double au 10e étage. Les chambres sont vraiment grandes, les salles de bains sont propres. Il y a, à certains endroits, de la peinture qui commence à craquer.
La literie est confortable. La vue est superbe.
On entend très peu le bruit de la rue mais on entend tout le temps le "ding" de l'ascenseur.
Le petit déjeuner, version vietnamienne, est très bien fourni, on a même eu 2 fois du pho! Vous pouvez vous faire un café au lait glacé, y a des glaçons et du lait concentré.
J'ai l'impression que le personnel ne parle pas bien anglais mais avec un traducteur, on finit par se comprendre.
Ils nous ont aidé pour trouver un véhicule 16 places pour aller à Pu Luong.
Pour conclure, c'est un hôtel avec un excellent rapport qualité/prix et je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Pros:

C'est en fait un hôtel de conférence avec plutôt une clientèle locale. Les chambres étaient spacieuses et très bien meublées et équipées. Le petit déjeuner proposé était petit bien. La piscine est une piscine ouverte au public donc les gens y viennent plutôt pour nager.

Cons:

Attention l'accès à la salle de sport est à payer en plus.
Nous n'avons pas eu de chance car nous avons eu des voisins très bruyants pendant notre séjour.

Great value but had to get a grab to be in the key area for evening.
Pros:

It’s not brand new but really good. The room was spacious and very comfortable
The receptionist was so helpful and noon checkout was uber helpful for us.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn’t brilliant. Plenty to chose from but apart from the pho, it didn’t look appealing. Coffee was too strong and no western options (milk)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet établissement.

La chambre située au 9ᵉ étage offrait une très belle vue sur la ville, ce qui était vraiment agréable.

Le personnel est particulièrement accueillant, notamment Madame Xuan, qui a été adorable avec nous. Elle était toujours souriante et a pris le temps de nous donner de précieux conseils sur les activités à faire dans la ville.

Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié leur aide pour la lessive : notre linge a été lavé, séché, puis soigneusement plié et remis dans notre sac. Ce service est vraiment très appréciable.

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésitation !

Pros:

The room was big and very nice, fabulous hot water!! The staff really tried to understand and be helpful And so lovely. The location for us was excellent.

Cons:

Just a little quiet, no bar or restaurant. There was a nice coffee shop up the road and the market at night further up had a great little pub and lots of eateries

Break first har large selection but everything was cold and had been out for long time
..even the coffee. Coffee phong close by had great breakfirst

Room smelled like cigarette smoke and the room next door was loud all night.

Also had no tv service even after we had staff check to see if we had tv connection...they said sorry other rooms have tv just not yours...

I would not waste your money at this hotel....

T ko chú ý vì vẫn quen là các ks t thuê luôn có ăn sáng đi kèm, nhưng thật tiếc là ở đây lại ko có trong giá nên đã ko đặt trước
Một điểm nữa là mặt tiền dành cho ks nhỏ quá nên hơi thất vọng khi mới đến
Bị đánh thức 6h, quá sớm khi đi nghỉ vì sự ồn ào mất trật tự của những khách hàng những phòng bên cạnh

Good for the price
Pros:

You would never know this was a hotel unless you knew what to look for. At first glance, it looks like a Soviet era office tower. It is a tower that houses many different types of businesses, with the hotel occupying the top floors.
The room itself was great. It was large, comfortable, and very clean. The bathroom was large and had everything you needed and lots of hot water. The room also had a safe and a mini bar.
The restaurant/lounge area is located on the 5th floor. I attended later in the evening and it wasn't what I expected. It was a large open buffet style restaurant with. many large rooms that just didn't seem to fit well together. It lacked character and ambience. Felt more like a market. I didn't stay.
There is free underground parking available.
The price was right if you're just passing through.
