Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet établissement.

La chambre située au 9ᵉ étage offrait une très belle vue sur la ville, ce qui était vraiment agréable.

Le personnel est particulièrement accueillant, notamment Madame Xuan, qui a été adorable avec nous. Elle était toujours souriante et a pris le temps de nous donner de précieux conseils sur les activités à faire dans la ville.

Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié leur aide pour la lessive : notre linge a été lavé, séché, puis soigneusement plié et remis dans notre sac. Ce service est vraiment très appréciable.

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésitation !

Pros:

The room was big and very nice, fabulous hot water!! The staff really tried to understand and be helpful And so lovely. The location for us was excellent.

Cons:

Just a little quiet, no bar or restaurant. There was a nice coffee shop up the road and the market at night further up had a great little pub and lots of eateries

Pros:

Large great rooms, good service and a large warm salt water pool.
Break first har large selection but everything was cold and had been out for long time
..even the coffee. Coffee phong close by had great breakfirst

Pros:

Room smelled like cigarette smoke and the room next door was loud all night.

Also had no tv service even after we had staff check to see if we had tv connection...they said sorry other rooms have tv just not yours...

I would not waste your money at this hotel....

T ko chú ý vì vẫn quen là các ks t thuê luôn có ăn sáng đi kèm, nhưng thật tiếc là ở đây lại ko có trong giá nên đã ko đặt trước
Một điểm nữa là mặt tiền dành cho ks nhỏ quá nên hơi thất vọng khi mới đến
Bị đánh thức 6h, quá sớm khi đi nghỉ vì sự ồn ào mất trật tự của những khách hàng những phòng bên cạnh

Good for the price
Pros:

You would never know this was a hotel unless you knew what to look for. At first glance, it looks like a Soviet era office tower. It is a tower that houses many different types of businesses, with the hotel occupying the top floors.
The room itself was great. It was large, comfortable, and very clean. The bathroom was large and had everything you needed and lots of hot water. The room also had a safe and a mini bar.
The restaurant/lounge area is located on the 5th floor. I attended later in the evening and it wasn't what I expected. It was a large open buffet style restaurant with. many large rooms that just didn't seem to fit well together. It lacked character and ambience. Felt more like a market. I didn't stay.
There is free underground parking available.
The price was right if you're just passing through.
