The hotel receptionist was genuinely attentive and caring. From the moment we arrived, he made sure we felt welcome and everything went smoothly. His thoughtful approach really made our stay more enjoyable and stress free.
Amazing place, clean and staff was amazing
I recently stayed at this delightful boutique hotel with my girlfriend and my friends, and I must say, our experience was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly nice and helpful, making us feel right at home.
The hotel itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. Each morning, we looked forward to the delicious breakfast that was provided – a perfect start to our day.
Overall, I give this hotel a well-deserved 5 out of 5 stars. If you're looking for a charming, clean, and welcoming place to stay, I highly recommend this boutique gem!

Wie immer sehr höfliches Personal. Das Hotel ist sehr schön und liegt in einer ruhigen, aber sehr zentralen Gasse mitten in Alacati. Sehr leckeres Frühstück. Unser Zimmer sah auf den Fotos kleiner aus als es war (18qm). Für einen Alacati Trip total ausreichend.
A special thanks to Ramzi for his outstanding services and help. Uppin arrive we discovered that we had a room on floor-1 in the basement. we got onto the floor and it was very dark because there was no natural light. we finally got into our room and inside was a small frosted window so it was very dark. it was very small but so clean. the bathroom was ok. breakfast was amazing. Very nice and helpful Staff
Very clean rooms, everything feels new. Breakfast could much improved and served in a more timely manner.
Saat 16:00 gibi otele geldik fakat oda hazır değildi. 3 gün kaldık. Oda temizliği ve çarşaf değişimi bizim talebimiz doğrultusunda değiştirildi. Kahvaltı çok zayıf. Remzi bey fevkalade başarılı bir arkadaş, hertürlü sorunu çözmek için elinden gelen gayreti gösteriyor.

Great and valuable stay! Location is superb, in the heart of Alacati. Boutique hotel is small and very cozy, which makes you feel home. Staff is very friendly as well as the whole atmosphere of the city! The only shortage of the hotel is thin walls and outside noise affecting the rooms.
This hotel was everything we expected and more, everything was very clean and the room was impeccable. The daily breakfast made by the lovely lady was delicious and a great start of the day. The location was great, very close to the shops, restaurants and taxis. It was our first time in Alacati and even though the town is small and we have almost done everything we wanted to do in the 1 week we were there we would love to come back just for this hotel and the people working there. A special thank you to Ramzi, Kemal and Onur for this special holiday. Ramzi was extremely helpful and sweet and always made sure we had everything we need and made delicious coffee. Kemal helped us a lot around the city and walked with us to several places to translate for us and help us out. We will always remember this holiday thanks to them and we hope to come back.
This is by far the best hotel we stayed in our trip in Turkey. The hotel is well located in a very nice and quiet area but still so close to the famous streets and restaurants of Alacati. The hotel is clean, spacious and simply perfect for both short and long stay. The breakfast was simply delicious. But what makes this hotel special is the attention we got from Onur and Kemal. They are the starts of this place. Looking forward to come back.
Hayalkırıklığı! Satın aldığımız oda uygulama bize farklı bildirdi diyerek verilmedi. Aynı metrekare diyerek aile odası adlı bir oda verdiler. Hemen kapı girişinde-bir camı sokağa arka camı otelin oturma grubuna bakıyordu. İtiraz ettim, üst grup odada müsaitlik olmasına rağmen çözüm üretmeye çalışmadılar. Oda temiz sayılırdı. Kurutemizlemeden veya önceki müşterilerden kalma askıları koymuşlardı dolaba. TV var ama tv için elektrik sağlayacak priz yok. Yedek tuvalet kağıdı yok. Konumu çarşıya yakın; biraz sıkışık sokakta ama bu bir Alaçatı klasiği sayılabilir. Yağmur yağdığı için kahvaltı yerine sandviç verdiler çünkü kapalı servis alanları yok. Özel bir haftasonu için gittiğimiz Alaçatı’da kötü bir anı oldu bu otel…
Bir Alaçatı otelinden beklediğiniz ne varsa hepsini karşılar. Relax, iyi niyetli, güvenilir, yardımsever insanlar idare edince güzelleşmiş bir otel. Minik avlusu pek keyifli. Çalışanları çok sevdik. Kahvaltısı yeterliydi daha da güzelleşebilir. Odası, kliması, dekoru gayet güzel. Heryere yakın.
Excellent stay! From the moment I stepped in until my check out, the staff was very kind and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The products in the bathroom are of superb quality, so the small touches makes a big difference!
The area is very quite at nights - which is a hard thing to find in Alacati. It was very convenient to walk to Alacati, but also easy to call a taxi to the main road.

An immaculate hotel in the warmth and comfort of home. Hotel staff Kemal and Remzi are wonderfully kindhearted. The modern design and interior details are well planned. We enjoyed the inner garden and terrace very much. Our choice in Alaçatı will be Alle from now on. ❤️
