Piso entrada sucio y manchado. No usé el servicio de desayuno ya que comenzaba a las 6:30, solicite snack de reemplazo y me indican que tiene costo adicional, cuando era solo sacar de lo mismo del desayuno

Una plancha del cielo de la pieza 1119 está manchada, la cambiaría, así la pieza quedaría 10/10. La luz del teléfono permaneció encendida toda la noche, es muy potente, tuve que poner una almohada para bloquear la luz y poder dormir. Salvo esos detalles, todo perfecto
