el buffet era muy acotado en opciones y las preparaciones no fueron de mi gusto. habia reineta a la mantequilla que estaba ok, las hamburguesas de vacuno no fueron de mi agrado y el costillar tampoco. en cuanto a ensaladas solo manejaban 3 opciones. el jugo me dijeron que era de pulpa, estaba con exceso de azúcar. deben mejorar las preparaciones.

Falta de comodidad.. La sgte noche la pasamos en el Haptom by Hilton mismo precio. Exquisito el hote

Pros:

El desayuno es muy bueno, estilo buffet. La estancia es cómoda. A pesar del tiempo de invierno, la temperatura al interior era muy buena. Camas cómodas, y espacio para colocar la ropa adecuado. Escritorio para trabajar, y Smart TV

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente.
Muy buen colchón

Cons:

No funcionaba la calefacción, así que en las noches y madrugadas la habitación estaba helada.
En las mañanas el agua de la ducha estaba sólo tibia, nunca caliente.
Los sillones de la entrada están muy sucios. No es bueno para la imagen del hotel.

Las personas que trabajan allí muy simpáticas en general. El desayuno estaba bien, sin embargo, ambos días las mesas estaban mucho tiempo sucias, sin espacio donde sentarse para desayunar.

Cons:

Lamentablemente, sólo hay gel de ducha que además cumple las veces de shampoo. En mi habitación se escuchaba el ruido del gimnasio que se encuentra justo al lado (las pesas cuando las dejan caer). Se escuchaba el ruido de las otras habitaciones también. Por último, en la web del hotel se encuentra publicada la carta del restaurante, sin embargo, a la hora de cena solo funcionaban con buffet.
