The room was good. The location is fine.
The food is below average. The restaurant doesn't run throughout the day. The staff is not trained.
While we were inside our room, they gave manual keys to the same room to another guest who barged into our room. This is a major goof up and not expected in any hotel and is a major security and privacy issue. For our rooms, key cards were given however, for these guests manual keys were given and they entered our room.
While I gave the credit card details to deduct the advance amount but the hotel asked me to deposits the advance separately in a separate account and didn't have any clue of having my credit card details. After, receiving advance payment, I kept on writing emails, calling, texting to confirm the reservation but they never did so.
Hotel located close to temple
Everything was an issue right from the ambience, hospitality, cleanliness, crockery was dirty, breakfast wasn’t good enough, no hot water service on time, TV was dysfunctional

Not maintained the consistency in cleaning stinking smell
A run down hotel, AC doesnt work, they changed room 3 times, still had to sleep with out AC working.
Staff are very manipulative and keep saying you have to wait 30 mins to AC to cool the room. Have never heard of a hotel room that takes 30 mins to get cool.
Walls are damp, paint peeled walls. Stinky wash rooms.
This hotel is not worth the price at all.

Not worth the price, will not visit again. Staff are earnest and helpful, but sub-standard property.
Excellet spread of breakfast.
The entrance is in a small lane. Exit is also thru the same lane. This makes the entry / exit a bit challenging for cars. If this can be addressed, it would be useful.

Bathroom sliding door not easy to use, no wardrobe, restaurant not flexible, very little options.
