שירות מביך. מנהלת השיווק שם היא בדיחה מהלכת, אין להם מושג במתן שירות. אין שום קשר מידתי בין המחיר הגבוה לאיכות השירות במקום. מסורבל, לא נקי, לא אפקטיבי, הופך את כל ההתנהלות ללא נעימה ומתישה.

הגעתי לקבלה שם התגלה שבוקינג עשו טעות וחייבו חדר זוגי עבר אדם אחד ולא זוג, במקום לבדוק מול בוקינג במשך 20 דק התעכבתי בקבלה עד שהפקיד נלך וחזר למנהל על מנת לבדוק כאשר ברור שזו לא היתה טעות שלי.
החדר היה קפוא, נמסר לנו שאין אפשרות לחימום בחדרים, מצב לא הגיוני שאנחנו נתארח בחדר שקר בו כאשר הפתרון הוא מפזר חום. לא תואם שום סטנדרט של מלון חמישה כוכבים.
הטלפון בחדר לא עבד
ובאופן כללי לא הרגשנו חווית אירוח נדיבה שתואמת את הסטנדרט המצופה

Un hotel qui ne mérite pas 5 étoiles

Chambre petite, fenêtre qui ne s’ouvre pas intégralement et qui donne sur un mur sans même pouvoir voir le ciel. Les chambres dans le nouveau batiment sont à éviter. Ce n’est pas faut d’avoir prévenu de mon arrivée 3 mois avant pour l’anniversaire de ma compagne, une des pires chambres de l’hotel m’a été attribué. Je me suis plains dès mon arrivée en manifestant mon mécontentement mais rien n’y fait. La seule proposition faite a été de rajouter de l’argent pour changer de chambre. La « guest relation » semble gentille au début mais est juste très inefficace. Le personnel est loin d’être aux petits soins. Le petit dejeuner n’est pas bon et avec peu de choix. Le ménage n’est pas bien fait, se contente juste de faire les lits. Aucune table de disponible le soir pour diner pour les clients de l’hotel ! Impossible d’accéder au rooftop car absence du lifeguard toute la semaine !
En résumé, pas satisfait, hotel pas digne d’un 5 étoiles, personnel avec un manque cruel d’efficacité, pas bon rapport qualité prix, très déçu.
