While in theory this should be excellent because of the property, there's a lack of hospitality.
Pros:

Location is excellent. Roof top has good views.

Cons:

Poor service. Called a few times before staying - they either didn't answer or answered and said they were busy and then hung up.

השירות בקבלה , השירותים בקומת הכניסה היו מזוהמים כשבאנו ,הספא- ספות מלוכלכות , כיבוד לא טרי ( עדיף בלי ), ארוחת בוקר עלובה ממש!! לא תואם למחיר וקפה ממי-חם ..

Only one lift working for the whole week made it a nuisance going up and down as long wait and staff using lift to service rooms.

מלון אלגנטי נקי ושקט במיקום נהדר, המציע ארוחת בוקר מצויינת, עיסויים מקצועיים ובריכה מתוקה על הגג

מיקום מצוין, קרוב לפארק המסילה ולנווה צדק, חדר האקזקיוטיב מרווח ונוח, אין רעש מהרחוב. המלון נקי מאד, ארוחת הבוקר מצויינת והבריכה על הגג היא גולת הכותרת. יחד עם עיסויים ברמה מקצועית זו בחירה מצויינת לזוגות.

חניה, כצפוי באזור, אלא בחניון יקר בהמשך הרחוב.
מנועי המזגן קצת רועשים.
