We could treat difficulties as local peculiarities unless local people considered them as mistreatme
Pros:

The reception specialist Aleksandra was very friendly and easy to cooperate. She let us access to the appropriate facilities. I must mention another employee Rosalinda who was also attentive to us and friendly.

Cons:

- the air conditioner was noisy as a helicopter;
- it was dangerous to take a shower - risk of electric shock;
- bed sheets were not clean;
- the reception specialist Vanessa was cold;
- extra payments for conditioner and refrigerator.

Não gostei das instalações, não gostei do quarto que tinha cheiro de retorno do esgoto e não gostei do café da manhã que não tem como classificar como café de hotel. Péssimo.

Pros:

A localização, atendimento da equipe e quarto são ótimos. O hotel mantém sua cara antiga e mantém sua história viva e simplicidade, o que valorizo muito.

Cons:

O ar-condicionado é um pouco antigo e meio barulhento, mas não impede uma boa noite de sono. Também seria legal se fornecessem sabonete e shampoo.

Hôtel médiocre, on m'a d'abord attribué une chambre inondée, puis on a voulu me faire payer un supplément pour une suite. Pas de papier toilettes, pas de rideaux de douche, des cafards, hôtel vétuste, accueil très froid, désorganisation totale... Bref Passez vitre chemin ! J'avais réservé 3 nuits, je suis restée qu'une nuit.

Pros:

Da experiência de hospedagem em um hotel icônico do Recife. A suíte do último andar tem uma vista maravilhosa do bairro Boa Vista.

Cons:

O elevador causa insegurança. As cortinas não permitem escurecimento adequado. As roupas de cama e banho são muito simples, incompatível para a suíte Master (8o andar).

Gostei da localização e das pessoas da limpeza que foram prestativas e muito educadas

Cons:

Não gostei do colchão, muito ruim dando dor nas costas ao levantar, café da manhã só tinha praticamente torradas, umas das atendentes da recepção mal educada e trata os hóspedes com rispidez. aumentaram o valor da diária ne época de carnaval em 400% e não melhoraram o serviço!

Amei a localização, muito perto do shopping Boa Vista, perto de Olinda e perto do centro de Recife.

Cons:

Não gostei dos lençóis e das toalhas, as toalhas estão velhas e acabam ficando ásperas e não pareciam bem lavadas.
