La atención a clientes es virtual por teléfono o whats up. Durante la estancia no hay personal de limpieza, tuve que llevar my champoo, jabón y papel de baño. El precio que se paga es bajo, adecuado al servicio, pero en mi caso reserve 3 noches y me cargaron 4 a mi tarjeta.
Espero que la mía solo haya sido mala suerte.
