Pros:

Great room, clean, friendly, great location, good breakfast, good price.

Cons:

Need to upgrade the coffee makers, all other places have Kuerigs which is so much better. Also, TV channels could be better, very limited.

It was nice and clean, and the staff was so kind. I was able to get a shower chair to my room no problem. The breakfasts changed each day and were pretty good. And the WiFi worked! That was an issue at other hotels on our trip.

Cons:

The tvs downstairs always on the news was really the only downside, and that’s not the hotels fault.

Cons:

Not able to resolve issues even contacting property manager several times without any response. Booking.com customer service is not helping at all keep kicking issue back to property. Property doesn’t respond back Get a run around.
