Convinient, good service

Cons:

Not able to resolve issues even contacting property manager several times without any response. Booking.com customer service is not helping at all keep kicking issue back to property. Property doesn’t respond back Get a run around.

Worst Bed I've EVER slept in...
Pros:

While this hotel is well located and we've stayed here before when visiting, this will be our LAST stay!

Cons:

The bed in our room was so AWFUL, both my husband and I left after 2 nights almost unable to walk - back and hip pain. We travel often, domestically and internationally, and this stay (the bed in our room specifically) was the worst we've ever experienced. That added to the under-welming breakfast...we'll be looking for new accommodations for our next trip to the area. Being a Hilton brand member, I'd expect better...

Cons:

First we arrived at 3 but had to wait almost 2 hrs to check in because our room wasn’t ready.
Second, the swimming pool was disgusting and did not have heating
Third the shower in our room was loose
Fourth the outside large fireplace was not working
Fifth the breakfast was no where near good
Sixth rooms were not cleaned properly
Seventh it was a bad experience overall

Great physical property for visitors in wheelchair😊

The comfort & cleanliness of our room, as well as the friendly housekeeping staff were wonderful.. thankU!

Cons:

The only improvement I say is vital is the addition of GRAB BARS in the bathroom (on at least one side of the commode). Because our room was deemed a HANDICAPPED room, a request for which we were grateful, grab bars in the BR are a MUST!
