Deceitful scam beware
Pros:

I couldn't like anything because I was scanned by both booking.com and woodspring suites. I paid my hard earned money for a room to booking.com whom supposedly would have myself a room that evening from woodspring. Instead, booking.com practiced deceitful advertising practices in which woodspring suites are aware of and do not attempt to stop. Every other booking agency's website populates the dates correctly on their website after clicking check reservations. However booking skipped over a month ahead when clicking on the ad for that night on website. Then there was miraculously nothing either side could do. What a scam rip off joke

Pros:

The price and was surprised at the size of the room. Full fridge and kitchenette was not expected and a nice surprise. Room had a slight odor but nothing major

Cheap stay for location
Pros:

The location is close to beach entrances

Cons:

There were roaches in our room and mold in the AC system. The front desk does not open until 9. In order to get new towels we had to wait for the front desk to open at 9 and bring the dirty towels down to them to trade.

Great location; cleanliness subpar.
Pros:

I enjoyed the location as it was conveniently located between two facilities I was attending during my stay.

Cons:

I did not enjoy the fact that the staff does not clean the room during your stay, post-Covid I haven’t experienced this at any hotel when I stayed for an extended period of time. They charge a surcharge for clean sheets and make you change the bed yourself. They also make you take your own towels down to get new ones. Trash not emptied etc.
