Not a bad place once I mopped it myself!
Pros:

Centrally located, very easy access to shopping, Ripley's, The Zoo, WalMart, eating places and the beach!

Cons:

This is a pet friendly hotel! Upon arrival, we have the dogs a drink. After grabbing a wash cloth to clean up the water, it was BLACK!
We immediately went to the DG, & purchased a mop, broom & pine-sol!
Once I mopped the floors, (which were disgusting) We were comfy and the trip was GREAT!

Pros:

There’s an elevator and multiple entry ways to get into the hotel. Theres two side doors and then the main lobby in the front where the speed humps are. The staff were really helpful and sweet as they answered all our questions. The check in was smooth. The room is a pretty decent size.

Cons:

There was no stove top accessories to go with the kitchenette. Would’ve been nice if they were provided so we could cook. There was no big mirror anywhere in the room besides in the bathroom for outfit checks. The water did not get as hot and high of pressure as I would have liked it to. I didn’t like how the front office is in the middle of the road instead of on the side it’s in the front where cars are coming and exiting the property.

Overall was nice the staff was terrible

Cons:

Attempted to extend my reservation and was nothing but problems from the late at the front desk who manager twice.I went to the front desk and they told me my reservation extension was confirmed but they wouldn't process payment until the day of accusing me of stealing a laundry basket when I ultimately decided to check out to miscommunications and lack of information furnished
