I would not stay here again.
Pros:

It is very clean and the staff is very nice.

Cons:

They don’t clean your room for the duration of your stay. They want you to bring down your towels and switch them out. They will not bring you toilet paper, extra towels, or take your trash. They want you to take it to the dumpster yourself behind the hotel. I am on vacation and don’t want to do chores or anything I would have to do at home. I keep everything organized for them and all they had to do was come in and grab it, sweep the floors and be done. I also didn’t like that they don’t have a pool.

Cons:

Booked the hotel online and made it to the hotel with it looking nothing like it did online. Unsafe are full of drugs & crime. First room they took us to reeked of weed, must, and not clean. Second room they took us to to try to accommodate us since they couldn’t do a refund had sheets that had not been washed. I pulled back the sheets and someone else’s hair was in it everywhere. On google review someone else had the same experience. I also took pictures and videos of it as proof. although it was unfit to stay in they refused our refund. We had to find another hotel at 1 AM in PCB due to this place not even being fit to stay in.

There were roaches in our room the microwave didn’t work we couldn’t get extra towels the clean up lady was very nice but front desk wasn’t that nice

Horrible!
Pros:

Absolutely nothing

Cons:

Everything was horrible. there was bug bugs on the head board i instantly left! It’s smelled like cigarette smoke. You can hear people arguing and fighting. It was the worst experience of my life. The bedsheets had food underneath them. Popcorn kernels, horrible.

Roaches was on the floor by the fridge and the floor was dirty hair was everywhere on the floor, sheets and towels smh.

Cons:

From the moment we checked in, the room was not clean. There were hairs on the bedspread and towels, which were also stained and clearly hadn’t been washed properly. We found a roach near the fridge and the floors were filthy. When we informed the front desk, we were told that housekeeping doesn’t clean on weekends — which is unacceptable for any hotel. Later, we saw a cleaner and politely asked if she could tidy up a bit, but she was rude and said she’d call the front desk. We never heard back from either of them. Overall, this was a very bad experience. I would not stay here again.
