The room was quite small we didn't find a place to put our luggage in convenience.
The location wasn't too good it was quite far from all the center
Location was perfect in a very beautiful street that connects you to everywhere.

Very big thanks to Phyto who was very helpful with our food requirements and showed us the suitable dishes through digging into the ingredients to see if suitable or not ;plain omelette with olive oil.. mashed potatoes ,salad bar(take care balsamic vinegar contains alcohol) bakeries and cheese were muslim friendly..They have also vegan pizza for lunch which we used as muslim friendly meal..and asked them for french fries in vegetable oil only not mixed with any other fried food.
Family mart in front of the hotel directly ..you just cross the street…7-eleven is only 2 minutes walk on the same side of the hotel.
Umbrellas are available to borrow on the entrance on rainy days 👌
Room was very good and the view was amazing from the 8th floor (back of the hotel )and bed was very comfortable, and excellent daily housekeeping.
Laundry is in the B floor the have 2 options wash and dry in the same machine (better in drying)+ separate dryers..
They have money exchange machine ,coin machine and water and ice dispenser available machines in the lobby floor and B floor. Microwave is also available beside water dispenser in the lobby floor.
Staff at the reception were very very decent and helpful throughout our stay till the moment of checkout..thanks to them they allowed us one more hour for late check out❤️.
The only drawback was the ladies restrooms at the lobby area which was really very dirty when i had to use it for 2 consecutive days ..when i lift the toilet seat i found stool all over underneath and was clogged with tissues and the other day the wider restroom for mothers with kids the bidet nozzle was also covered with stool 🤮🤦🏻♀️
The room was so clean and super comfortable. Location was fab too. Close to everywhere we wanted to go.

Very comfortable bed
The room was very comfortable with a large double bed, clean with excellent service every day. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent!
The only flaw was the lack of shelves in the wardrobe for storing my clothes.
