Lovely place to stay in Kyoto
Pros:

Very well located, great breakfast, lovely rooms. Really enjoyed the stay here and would definitely go back there if I ever visited Kyoto again.

Not much to say here, simply some staff members at the reception are more kind and helpful than others.

Es un hotel hermoso
Supero nuestras expectaticas en cuanto a confort
Habitaciones grandes hermosas limpias
Baño perfecto en dimensiones, diseño, con amenities completos
La habitacion estaba comunicada con la de nuestros hijos ( cosa que es muy comodo en un viaje familiar)

El trato del personal podria ser mas calido y cordial, Y la estancia seria perfecta
Tuvimos un inconveniente en la sala de lavanderia. El personal a pedido de un huesped desocupo la lavadora que estabamos usando, la cual tenia codigo de seguridad y llevo nuestra ropa a la recepcion cuando bajamos a buscar la riopa no estaba en la lavadora, bajamos a recepcion . El recepcionista se excuso no muy amablemente diciendo que el otro huesped estaba enosjado . Nosotros en otros hoteles deibmos esperar el turno . Podrian mejorar el servicio poniendo la identificacion de la habitacion Asi poder ubicar a los huespedes dueños de la ropa y evitar malos momentos
