Clean, easy to get to, great laundry facilities and a supply of drinking water was appreciated
Staff few in number and not as friendly as we have experienced elsewhere in Japan. Kids meals at dinner were very small and they were not full despite having two meals each. Breakfast was good though.
Wonderful hotel in a very good location, close to shopping and Kyoto train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast box ( because of early tour, and no time for included breakfast ) was absolutely delicious.

La ubicación es muy buena porque puedes ir caminando a todos los sitios pero esta un poco alejado del bullicio turístico.

Room was a decent size and was very clean. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Location was very close to a subway station, maybe 5 min walk.
Did have good laundry facilities, with plenty of machines for people to use.
Breakfast was exceptionally busy. It only started at 7am, which is difficult when you want to leave early to explore the city.
The WiFi is not great.
We got a letter each day that we didn't have our room serviced and I don't really understand why. We'd asked for it not to be serviced, and this felt like a waste of paper.

We were told that we would get an upgrade but we didn’t eventually get one. Bit of a let down.

From the moment of our arrival I knew our stay would be top tier. The hotel is new, modern and very clean. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and spoke very good english. The rooms were modern, spacious, clean and had lots of natural light. The amenities in the hotel were great.
The restaurant has a very small & expensive dinner menu. So we decided to eat out.

The staff were exceptional, very helpful and accommodating. The location was excellent to accessing the heart of Kyoto.
We thought after staying 11 days that the breakfast could have been changed up a little more, but otherwise it was still beautiful...
