Except for the aroof top bar noise , I have a nice stay

Cons:

The roof top Bar is very loud ,I can hear it from my room .I stayed on 19th floor.
II have to call twice to ask for lowered their volume to the receptionist .it was 23.30 hours .

Nice Christmas Short Staycation at Ra Suites Simatupang
Pros:

Nice experience, the location is very nice too and the staff are so helpful and nice even to the kids. Especially Fio and Iris, they helped us with the reservation and checking out smoothly. We got so many good deals with the cafe, fresh bread and had wonderful Christmas dinner with the whole family at the Layana Restaurant. Shout out to the very nice Om Abi from Rest!

The food was not up to my family and me taste.
I'm not keen on your hotel policy of no slippers and sandals during breakfast. As I'm on vacation, I wish to have relax atmosphere and easy.
