Great place to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The staff made our stay special.

Beautiful, small resort for reasonable price.
Pros:

Smaller scale than most all inclusives. Extremely friendly staff. Effortless check-in and out. Very good maintenance of public areas and beach.

Cons:

Poolside towels weren’t always available. Bathroom mirror needs to be replaced as glass had black spots where mirrored glass was missing.

There is good-bad but this was bad-bad
Pros:

The rooms were comfortable, the staff were all extremely friendly.

Cons:

This place was so miserable. Could get towels for 2 days, couldn't get restaurant reservations. Food was so bad, I wouldn't feed it to my dog

The personal service is excelent. Very rapid to help / support you . ANimation is great

Cons:

The hotel is on the sea side but the see is dirty ( algues) and the beach is not available ( very small) . Missing ping pong table.

Cons:

Premium swim up room is above the bar that plays music till 1am. Staff were hit and miss. Food was average, nothing standout. Very hard sellers on their time share, with rude sales team.

Price point was great for a group, everyone was happy.
Pros:

Cleanliness, staff, service, size, drinks, availability of food choices, pools, safety.The staff really hustled and they were very friendly.

Cons:

Wish there was a beach. Fitting in a decent time to eat at the 2 reservation restaurants. See your concierge as soon as possible . Sitting with a group more than 6 was a big deal for them. It did work out in the end.

Loved the resort but the staff was poor.
Pros:

Well kept property. Rooms were great and amenities. Great decor in the restaurants.

Cons:

Staff was unfriendly and not good. Coffee shop attendant was on her phone texting. Server in Italian restaurant was slow and unmotivated. We were the first ones to eat so its not like it was crowded.
