Heel mooi hotel met super vriendelijk personeel!
The hotel itself was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, there are several serious drawbacks that travelers should be aware of. The main road is under construction, and work starts early in the morning, expect a lot of noise. The beach is poorly maintained, and unless you’re specifically into surfing or ATV riding, there’s little else to do. What’s most disappointing is the cost of dining. Despite being in a very underdeveloped area, restaurant prices are on par with those in major U.S. cities like Miami. The value simply doesn’t match the setting.
A new and clean hotel. Very small rooms like a European hotel. Tiny pool but adequate to cool off and in a quiet garden at back. Breakfast in restaurant next door was very good.

Stayed for 2 nights on the ground floor. As a solo traveller, felt very safe. Close to everything in Santa Teresa and a large supermarket across the road.
Not well soundproofed and could hear lots of noise upstairs - footsteps, toilet flushing etc. Could also hear traffic noise.

We loved our stay at Ventura. The staff & Roy are incredible and helped us throughout our stay whether it was for recommendations or getting us a ride to somewhere. Amazing time and we can’t wait to return.
Superfijn hotel, ligt heel centraal. Houd er wel rekening mee dat de wegen hier best slecht zijn. De doorgaande weg is een en al hobbel en gaten. Maar de auto stond netjes geparkeerd. Hotelkamer was top en ruim.
Property was very new and well maintained. Staff were extremely friendly and the bed was exceptionally comfortable!
We loved our time there. The people who work there are so helpful and friendly. We thought Kevin and David who both worked at the front desk exceptional. They went beyond their jobs and helped us with the area. The best restaurants were recommended by Kevin. Lydia also was fantastic with cleaning our apartment and getting things we needed. We loved our visit.
This location is a five minute walk to the beach. It was very quiet despite being on the main road. The staff is incredibly helpful and attentive. David and Roy really made our stay special - helped us with directions, greeted us by name and offered many recommendations. Property felt very safe - they had a full time security guard (this may have just been because it was a holiday though). Pool and common area was clean and enjoyable. Other guests were respectful and interesting to chat with. Other guests were mostly families and couples. We will stay here again and would recommend to others.
Great modern property right in the heart of Playa Carmen. Easy walk to the beach. The main street is a bit crazy, but the property is quiet and new. Staff is excellent.
Amazing modern Hotel with the best location in town. Easily walk to the beach, restaurants, or shops. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the upgrades throughout the property are wonderful. Can’t wait to come back to Ventura , Santa Teresa!!
Excelente. Tudo novinho. Camas, roupas de cama, toalhas, travesseiros, colchão ótimos. Quarto super confortável. Piscina super boa e aquecida. Atendimento muito bom. Perto do surf e da padaria, na frente do supermercado. Fica na rua principal, se procuras por um lugar silencioso não é a melhor opção. Super recomendo!!!
I stayed in Ventura Santa Teresa during my stay. It's centrally located and very close to restaurants, the beach, and bars. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and super helpful from the start. Such a beautiful hotel, quiet (even though on a busy street), newly renovated, and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again in the future!
